【摘要】：伴隨著經(jīng)濟的快速發(fā)展,社會建設(shè)在取得一些成就的同時,管理上也呈現(xiàn)出了一些問題,從而引發(fā)了種種事件,彰顯了社會現(xiàn)象的不平衡、不和諧。人們目前對社會總體狀況的評價究竟如何,哪些是人們最關(guān)注的矛盾和問題,倫理道德又能起到怎樣的作用?為了解決這些問題,本次調(diào)研采用問卷調(diào)查方法,旨在通過對當(dāng)前我國社會不同領(lǐng)域、不同地域、不同社會群體的綜合調(diào)研,研究當(dāng)前社會管理中的突出問題,分析出現(xiàn)這些問題的原因,探索解決問題的倫理道德路徑。根據(jù)所得數(shù)據(jù),首先進行一般描述性統(tǒng)計分析,從總體上對問題有個初步認(rèn)識,其次利用決策樹(CHAID算法)做人群細(xì)分模型,基于不同的人群,有不同的看法,以研究其對社會總體和諧狀況評價;通過多分類邏輯回歸模型,對社會總體狀況滿意度影響因素進行分析;運用關(guān)聯(lián)規(guī)則,分析社會總體狀況評價滿意度在受那些因素影響的同時,存在哪些缺陷,以“總體狀況評價”為后項,以“影響因素”和“倫理道德缺陷”為前項,討論它們之間的關(guān)聯(lián)作用。經(jīng)過上述分析可以得出以下結(jié)論:(1)社會總體和諧程度有待提高,管理水平中等偏下;(2)不同的職業(yè)、不同的受教育程度以及不同的性別,對社會總體狀況的評價不同;(3)城鄉(xiāng)矛盾、階層矛盾、干群矛盾、貧富差距問題以及醫(yī)療保障問題影響人們對社會總體滿意度的評價;(4)道德缺失嚴(yán)重,導(dǎo)致不和諧的現(xiàn)象,從而影響社會總體狀況滿意度的評價�；谝陨戏治鼋Y(jié)論,提出以下幾點建議:(1)提高社會管理水平,改善社會和諧程度;(2)根據(jù)有差異性的人群特征實行不同的改善方法;(3)抓住社會管理中的突出矛盾,解決主要問題;(4)提高人民的倫理素質(zhì)和道德修養(yǎng)。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy, the social construction has made some achievements, and at the same time, there are some problems in management, which has caused a variety of events and highlighted the imbalance of social phenomena. Disharmony. What is the current evaluation of the overall social situation, what are the contradictions and problems that people are most concerned about, and what role can ethics play? In order to solve these problems, this research adopts the method of questionnaire, aiming to study the outstanding problems in the current social management through the comprehensive investigation of different fields, different regions and different social groups of our society. Analyze the causes of these problems, explore the ethical and moral path to solve the problem. According to the obtained data, first of all, a general descriptive statistical analysis, from the overall to a preliminary understanding of the problem. Secondly, the decision tree algorithm (Chaid algorithm) is used to make the crowd subdivision model, based on different people, there are different views, to study its overall social harmony evaluation; Through the multi-classification logical regression model, the paper analyzes the influencing factors of the satisfaction degree of the overall social condition. By using association rules, this paper analyzes what defects exist in the satisfaction degree of social general condition evaluation, which are influenced by those factors, taking "overall condition evaluation" as the latter item. Taking "influencing factors" and "ethical defects" as the preceding items, this paper discusses the relationship between them. Through the above analysis, we can draw the following conclusions: 1) the degree of overall social harmony needs to be improved. Middle level of management; (2) different occupations, different educational levels and different genders have different evaluation of the overall social situation; Third, urban and rural contradictions, class contradictions, cadres and masses contradictions, the gap between the rich and the poor and medical security issues affect people's overall social satisfaction evaluation; 4) serious moral deficiency, leading to disharmony, thus affecting the evaluation of the overall social situation satisfaction. Based on the above conclusions, the following suggestions are put forward to improve the level of social management. Improving the degree of social harmony; 2) carrying out different improvement methods according to the different crowd characteristics; (3) to grasp the outstanding contradictions in social management and to solve the main problems; 4) to improve the people's ethical quality and moral cultivation.
