【摘要】：伴隨我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)的轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展,我國(guó)傳統(tǒng)的體育發(fā)展模式正被現(xiàn)代體育模式逐步取代,除了傳統(tǒng)的業(yè)余體校外,以少年兒童為主要培養(yǎng)對(duì)象的籃球訓(xùn)練班、籃球訓(xùn)練營(yíng)、籃球培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)正逐漸涌現(xiàn)出來,少兒籃球訓(xùn)練開始進(jìn)入產(chǎn)業(yè)化的萌芽階段。成都市籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)有著廣泛的群眾基礎(chǔ),深受廣大少年兒童的喜愛,越來越多的少年兒童利用課余時(shí)間參與籃球業(yè)余訓(xùn)練,市場(chǎng)潛力巨大。加強(qiáng)少兒業(yè)余籃球訓(xùn)練的研究,不僅有助于擴(kuò)大體育人口、培養(yǎng)籃球教練員和籃球后備人才,而且還能促進(jìn)少年兒童鍛煉的良好習(xí)慣。對(duì)我國(guó)籃球后備人才的選拔和儲(chǔ)備也具有重要意義�；诖�,了解和掌握成都市少兒業(yè)余籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)訓(xùn)練中存在的問題,并找出解決的方法,以促進(jìn)成都市少兒業(yè)余籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)訓(xùn)練能夠健康、合理、快速地發(fā)展成為一項(xiàng)必要而緊迫的工作。本研究以成都市少兒業(yè)余籃球愛好者(6-16歲)為研究對(duì)象、主要采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、專家訪談法、問卷調(diào)查法,數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)法、綜合分析法對(duì)成都市業(yè)余籃球訓(xùn)練的共計(jì)323人進(jìn)行調(diào)查分析,通過深入實(shí)踐,不同角度深入實(shí)踐,從不同角度調(diào)查并深入剖析了成都市少年兒童業(yè)余籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)訓(xùn)練現(xiàn)狀與存在的問題,在相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)與分析的基礎(chǔ)上,得出以下結(jié)論:1.籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)在成都市是一項(xiàng)人民群眾接受度很高的體育項(xiàng)目、群眾基礎(chǔ)良好,業(yè)余培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)較多,幾乎每一個(gè)區(qū)都有這些業(yè)余培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu),少年兒童參加業(yè)余籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)的基數(shù)大,大約有5萬人。2.在成都少兒業(yè)余籃球訓(xùn)練中,教練員主要以年輕教練員為主,這對(duì)業(yè)余籃球訓(xùn)練有著積極的促進(jìn)作用。但是教練員的積極性卻不是很高,主要表現(xiàn)在社會(huì)地位、工作和薪資待遇不相對(duì)等等問題上;因此教練員的工作積極性在一定程度上受到限制,影響了成都市業(yè)余籃球訓(xùn)練的健康發(fā)展。3.成都市中小學(xué)“體教結(jié)合”的模式處于初期的探索階段,有個(gè)別學(xué)校發(fā)展較好(如成都石室中學(xué)、雙流縣棠湖中學(xué)等)�！皩W(xué)訓(xùn)”矛盾盡管有了一定程度的緩和,但任然較大范圍存在,還不能整合社會(huì)有效地資源,訓(xùn)練場(chǎng)地問題一定程度上阻礙了少年兒童業(yè)余籃球訓(xùn)練的發(fā)展,體育部門缺少且未落實(shí)相關(guān)引導(dǎo)社會(huì)資源的政策;4.影響成都市少兒業(yè)余籃球訓(xùn)練的因素主要有科學(xué)化訓(xùn)練程度低、教育制度與培訓(xùn)制度不協(xié)調(diào)、專項(xiàng)經(jīng)費(fèi)短缺、學(xué)習(xí)與訓(xùn)練的矛盾、管理體制老化不靈活、訓(xùn)練費(fèi)用與場(chǎng)地費(fèi)用過高等幾個(gè)方面的問題。
[Abstract]:With the economic and social transformation and development of our country, the traditional sports development model of our country is gradually replaced by the modern sports model. In addition to the traditional amateur sports school, the basketball training class which takes the young children as the main object of cultivation. Basketball training camp, basketball training institutions are gradually emerging, children's basketball training began to enter the embryonic stage of industrialization. Chengdu basketball has a broad base of the masses, deeply loved by the majority of children. More and more children use spare time to participate in amateur basketball training, the market potential is huge. Strengthening the study of children's amateur basketball training, not only help to expand the sports population. The training of basketball coaches and basketball reserve talents, but also can promote the good habits of children to exercise. It is also of great significance to the selection and reserve of basketball reserve talents in China. Understand and master the problems existing in the children's amateur basketball training in Chengdu, and find out the solution to promote the Chengdu children's amateur basketball training can be healthy and reasonable. Rapid development has become a necessary and urgent work. This study takes Chengdu children's amateur basketball enthusiasts 6-16 years old) as the research object, mainly uses the literature method, the expert interview method, the questionnaire survey method. Data statistics, comprehensive analysis of a total of 323 amateur basketball training Chengdu investigation and analysis, through in-depth practice, in-depth practice from different angles. From different angles of investigation and in-depth analysis of children in Chengdu amateur basketball training status and problems, on the basis of statistics and analysis of relevant data. Come to the following conclusion: 1. Basketball in Chengdu is a very high acceptance of the people sports, the masses have a good foundation, amateur training institutions are more, almost every district has these amateur training institutions. The number of children participating in amateur basketball is large, there are about 50,000. 2. In Chengdu children's amateur basketball training, the main coaches are young coaches. This has a positive effect on amateur basketball training, but the enthusiasm of coaches is not very high, mainly in the social status, work and salary and other issues; Therefore, the working enthusiasm of coaches is limited to a certain extent, which affects the healthy development of amateur basketball training in Chengdu .3.The mode of "combination of sports and education" in primary and secondary schools in Chengdu is in the initial stage of exploration. Some schools have developed well (such as Chengdu Shizhang Middle School, Tanghu Middle School in Shuangliu County, etc.) although the contradiction of "learning and training" has been eased to a certain extent, it still exists in a large scope and cannot integrate social resources effectively. To some extent, the problem of training ground hinders the development of children's amateur basketball training, and the sports department lacks and does not carry out the relevant policies to guide the social resources. 4. The main factors influencing the amateur basketball training of children in Chengdu are the low degree of scientific training, the disharmony between the educational system and the training system, the shortage of special funds, the contradiction between study and training, and the aging of the management system. Training costs and site costs are too high and other aspects of the problem.
