【摘要】：宏觀經濟波動和居民的收入分配始終是經濟學中的重要議題。近年來,國外越來越多的學者已經開始研究宏觀經濟波動與居民收入不平等之間的聯(lián)系,并得出了不同的結論。然而迄今為止國內很少有文獻研究我國經濟波動對居民收入差距的影響。目前,我國經濟運行趨勢平穩(wěn),但宏觀波動始終存在,并且居民間的收入差距不斷擴大,政府為此提出了一系列的扶貧政策,縮小收入差距是我國目前迫切需要解決的問題,在此背景下,本文的研究可為政府決策提供相應的參考。為了探明宏觀經濟波動對居民收入差距的影響,并找到可能存在的緩解因素,本文首先梳理了國內外關于宏觀經濟波動對居民收入差距影響的相關理論以及實證研究文獻,然后討論了宏觀經濟波動和居民收入差距的測度指標和方法,并結合我國以及各地區(qū)的2001-2014年的統(tǒng)計數據對相關指標進行了描述性統(tǒng)計,全面分析了我國和各地區(qū)的宏觀經濟波動現(xiàn)狀以及各層次居民收入差距的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀。運用省際面板數據,從實證的角度研究了我國宏觀經濟波動對城鎮(zhèn)居民內部、農村居民內部以及城鄉(xiāng)居民之間等不同層次居民收入差距的影響,以及處于不同周期階段的宏觀經濟波動對各層次居民收入差距影響的不同,并進一步比較了東部和中西部地區(qū)的宏觀經濟波動對居民收入分配作用的差異,最后,運用PMG估計方法討論了宏觀經濟波動對不同區(qū)域各層次居民收入分配的長期作用。根據研究結論,文章提出了相應的政策建議。本文主要研究結果表明:處于不同周期階段的宏觀經濟波動對不同層次的居民收入差距的影響存在不對稱性,并且在東部和中西部的影響存在明顯的區(qū)域差異。特別地,本文研究發(fā)現(xiàn),就長期而言,處于繁榮期的宏觀經濟波動對東部地區(qū)各層次居民收入差距擴大都有顯著的影響,而處于衰退期的宏觀經濟波動則對中西部地區(qū)城鄉(xiāng)之間居民收入差距有顯著的長期影響。因此,根據實證研究結論,本文認為在經濟繁榮期,政府要著重防止東部地區(qū)各層次居民收入差距的擴大,而在經濟衰退期,政府要特別注意防止中西部地區(qū)農村和城鄉(xiāng)居民間收入差距的擴大。此外,本文的實證研究還驗證了收入分配庫茲涅茨曲線的存在,并發(fā)現(xiàn)財政支出以及人力資本等都會起到縮小居民收入差距的作用,而通貨膨脹則會惡化居民收入分配的不平等。
[Abstract]:The income distribution of macroeconomic volatility and residents has always been an important issue in economics. In recent years, more and more foreign scholars have begun to study the macroeconomic fluctuation and income inequality between the contact, and draw different conclusions. However, so far there are few domestic research on China's economic fluctuation influence on Residents' income gap in the literature at present, trend of China's economy running smoothly, but the macroeconomic fluctuations always exist, and the income gap between the residents continue to expand, the government has made a series of policies to help the poor and narrow the income gap in China is an urgent need to solve the problem, under this background, this research can provide reference for government decision-making. In order to explore the macro economic fluctuations of the income gap, and find the possible mitigating factors, this paper firstly reviews the domestic and foreign about macro economy The related theory of fluctuations of the income gap and the empirical research literature, and then discusses the measure and method of macroeconomic volatility and the income gap, and combined with the descriptive statistics of the relevant indicators of the statistical data of 2001-2014 in China and the region, a comprehensive analysis of the current development status of China's macroeconomic fluctuations and the the area and all levels of residents' income gap. By using the provincial panel data from the perspective of empirical study of our internal macroeconomic fluctuations on the impact of urban residents, rural residents' income gap between residents of different levels within and between urban and rural residents, and the impact of the macroeconomic fluctuations in different stages on all levels of residents' income gap the different, and further compares the differences in macroeconomic fluctuations in eastern and western regions of the income distribution effect, the most After using the PMG estimation method is discussed. According to the research conclusion, this paper puts forward the corresponding policy suggestions. The main results of this paper show that the influence of macroeconomic fluctuations in different stages of the same level of income gap is asymmetric, and there is an obvious regional difference in the eastern and Western influence. In particular, this study found that, in the long term, macroeconomic fluctuations during the boom period have a significant impact on the level of residents' income gap between the eastern region to expand, and in the fluctuation of macro economy recession on the income gap between urban and rural Midwest have long-term significant effect. Therefore, according to the research conclusions, this paper argues that in the period of economic prosperity, the government should focus on preventing the eastern region at all levels of residents The widening income gap, while in the period of economic recession, the government should pay special attention to prevent the expansion of the income gap between rural and urban and rural residents in the central and western regions. In addition, this paper also verifies the existence of Kuznets curve of income distribution, and shows that the fiscal expenditure and human capital will play a role in narrowing the income gap, and inflation will be worsening income inequality.
