【摘要】：中國(guó)和蒙古國(guó)具有天然相鄰的地理優(yōu)勢(shì),從1949年正式建交以來(lái),兩國(guó)不斷加強(qiáng)在經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易領(lǐng)域及政治領(lǐng)域等方面的合作交流。隨著世界經(jīng)濟(jì)的迅速發(fā)展,兩國(guó)共同簽署了一系列有利于經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易開(kāi)展的政策性文件,從而更好地促進(jìn)了中國(guó)和蒙古經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易上的合作。在這基礎(chǔ)上,兩國(guó)間經(jīng)濟(jì)和貿(mào)易活動(dòng)開(kāi)展更為順暢,有了很大的發(fā)展。從蒙古相關(guān)部門統(tǒng)計(jì)可以看出,在對(duì)蒙進(jìn)行投資的外商企業(yè)中,中國(guó)企業(yè)在對(duì)蒙古投資的數(shù)量和金額上都保持著主導(dǎo)地位。自90年代以來(lái),中國(guó)和蒙古建立了合作伙伴關(guān)系,兩國(guó)之間的經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易發(fā)展迅速,現(xiàn)在,蒙古最大的投資國(guó)就是中國(guó),從整體上看,中國(guó)對(duì)蒙古的直接投資也處于穩(wěn)步增長(zhǎng)的趨勢(shì),中國(guó)對(duì)蒙的直接投資對(duì)中蒙兩國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)和貿(mào)易發(fā)展有著重要的意義。本文首先從中國(guó)對(duì)蒙古對(duì)直接投資入手,并且對(duì)中蒙的投資現(xiàn)狀加以分析和研究。總體上,中方企業(yè)對(duì)蒙古的直接投資金額目前仍然呈穩(wěn)定上升到趨勢(shì),并且中國(guó)的直接投資在蒙古國(guó)內(nèi)外資投資中占有主導(dǎo)地位。但是目前的投資環(huán)境中仍然存在著投資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)大、投資布局不合理等問(wèn)題。其次,本文對(duì)中蒙兩國(guó)直接投資的環(huán)境加以分析和研究。從中蒙兩國(guó)獨(dú)特的地理位置,目前中國(guó)國(guó)內(nèi)自然資源短缺以及蒙古豐富的自然資源所形成的獨(dú)特的資源互補(bǔ)局面等方面著手,闡述了中國(guó)選擇蒙古進(jìn)行直接投資的原因。同時(shí)對(duì)中國(guó)對(duì)蒙直接投資對(duì)兩國(guó)間貿(mào)易差額、貿(mào)易規(guī)模以及貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu)的影響進(jìn)行了分析。最后,為了更好地發(fā)展兩國(guó)的經(jīng)貿(mào)合作,本文從中國(guó)及蒙古國(guó)兩個(gè)角度出發(fā),給予了推進(jìn)中國(guó)對(duì)蒙直接投資的意見(jiàn)與建議。
[Abstract]:Chinese and Mongolia has a natural adjacent geographical advantage, since 1949 officially established diplomatic relations between the two countries continue to strengthen in the field of economic and trade cooperation and exchanges and political fields. With the rapid development of world economy, the two countries signed a series of policy documents to the economic and trade development, so as to better promote the China and Mongolia economic and trade cooperation. On this basis, the economic and trade activities between the two countries to carry out more smoothly and have a great development. From Mongolia relevant departments of statistics can be seen in the investment of foreign enterprises in Mongolia, Chinese enterprises have maintained a leading position in the number and amount of investment in Mongolia. Since 90s, China and Mongolia to establish a cooperative partnership between the two countries, the rapid development of economic and trade, now Mongolia's biggest investor is China, on the whole, the Chinese Direct investment in Mongolia is also the trend of steady growth, has important significance China direct investment to Mongolia on the Sino Mongolian economic and trade development. This paper from the China of Mongolia direct investment to start, and the investment status of China Mongolia to analyze and study. On the whole, the amount of direct investment in Chinese enterprises in Mongolia at present still showed a steady upward trend, and the dominant position of direct investment in Mongolia Chinese domestic foreign investment. But the current investment environment still exist in the investment risk, investment layout unreasonable problem. Secondly, this paper analyzes and researches on the bilateral direct investment from China and Mongolia unique environment. The geographical position, at present Chinese shortage of domestic natural resources and the formation of Mongolia rich natural resources and unique resources complementary situation and other aspects, elaborated in China Why choose Mongolia for direct investment. At the same time to China to Mongolia direct investment on the balance of trade between the two countries, trade and the impact of trade structure are analyzed. Finally, in order to better the development of economic and trade cooperation between the two countries, this paper from two aspects of China and Mongolia, give advice and suggestions to Mongolia to promote direct investment the Chinese.
