【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的高速發(fā)展,考勤管理作為各級(jí)政府部門重要的日常工作,其制度體系建設(shè)越來越完備。政法部門的值班作為考勤管理的一部分,其管理范圍越來越廣,傳達(dá)上下級(jí)的信息越來越豐富,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的正確決策和對(duì)突發(fā)事件的應(yīng)對(duì)指揮要求值班信息更加詳實(shí)；所以,對(duì)考勤數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行精確、高效的管理,實(shí)現(xiàn)快速地傳達(dá)上下級(jí),成為各級(jí)政法部門提高工作效率、發(fā)揮職能的重要基礎(chǔ)。同時(shí),為了讓公務(wù)員在工作崗位上更好的發(fā)揮自己的能力,休假已經(jīng)成為一項(xiàng)必不可少的制度要求；為了保證公務(wù)員能切實(shí)完成休假,休假信息的電子化也勢(shì)在必行。麗江市某政法機(jī)關(guān)考勤管理系統(tǒng)正是推動(dòng)各級(jí)單位走向考勤信息管理智能化、自動(dòng)化、規(guī)范化的重要工具。開發(fā)以考勤信息管理為核心的信息系統(tǒng),為政府部門數(shù)字信息管理系統(tǒng)奠定基礎(chǔ),從而實(shí)現(xiàn)考勤信息管理工作的電子化,提高值班人員和人事工作人員的工作效率,使工作中的疏忽和失誤得到減少。同時(shí),對(duì)考勤信息進(jìn)行查詢統(tǒng)計(jì),可為加強(qiáng)考勤管理提供技術(shù)支撐。論文介紹了麗江市某政法機(jī)關(guān)考勤管理系統(tǒng)的研究背景以及同類系統(tǒng)研究與應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀,明確了論文所要分析的主要內(nèi)容和所有解決的主要工作事項(xiàng)；在業(yè)務(wù)分析中,論文對(duì)原來的系統(tǒng)存在的問題,我單位現(xiàn)階段的組織機(jī)構(gòu)和考勤管理工作等進(jìn)行了分析,從而給出了優(yōu)化后的基礎(chǔ)信息、日�？记�、權(quán)限控制、值班流程、休假流程、外勤流程和統(tǒng)計(jì)查詢：在功能分析中,論文通過對(duì)日�？记诠芾怼⒅蛋嗪灥焦芾�、請(qǐng)假流程、外勤管理、基礎(chǔ)信息管理、統(tǒng)計(jì)查詢管理、系統(tǒng)管理的用例分析和用例描述,明確了系統(tǒng)的功能,給出了系統(tǒng)的總體功能包圖和子功能包圖,包括日�？记诠芾戆鼒D、值班簽到管理包圖、請(qǐng)假管理包圖、統(tǒng)計(jì)查詢管理包圖、基礎(chǔ)信息管理包圖和系統(tǒng)管理包圖等子包圖；在數(shù)據(jù)分析中,論文對(duì)系統(tǒng)所有功能中所需要處理的實(shí)體進(jìn)行了數(shù)據(jù)分析,給出了所有實(shí)體之間的實(shí)體關(guān)系圖,并根據(jù)實(shí)體關(guān)系圖相應(yīng)的構(gòu)建了數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)表結(jié)構(gòu)；論文最后對(duì)本篇論文中做的研究與分析工作進(jìn)行了總結(jié),并對(duì)下一步的工作進(jìn)行了期望。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economy and society, the government departments at all levels of the daily attendance management as an important work, the system construction is more and more complete. The law department on duty as part of attendance management, management of the increasingly wide range of communication on the lower level of information is more and more abundant, the correct decision and leadership of emergency to deal with the command require moredetailed information; therefore, the precise of attendance data, efficient management, achieve rapid communication on the lower level, become the political and legal departments at all levels to improve work efficiency, an important basis function. At the same time, in order to make civil servants better in work on his ability to play, vacation has become an essential requirement the civil service system; in order to ensure the effective completion can leave, leave electronic information attendance management system is imperative. The law enforcement authorities in Lijiang City It is at all levels to promote the unit to the attendance information management intelligence, automation, an important tool for standardization. Information system development in attendance information management as the core, to lay the foundation for the government departments of digital information management system, so as to realize the electronic attendance information management, improve the personnel on duty and personnel work efficiency, make the work the negligence and mistakes have been reduced. At the same time, the attendance information query statistics, can provide technical support for strengthening the attendance management. This paper introduces the research background and the similar research and application of attendance management system of a law enforcement authorities in Lijiang City, the main content of the paper is to analyze and solve all the main work in business matters; analysis, the existence of the original system, my unit at this stage of the organization and work attendance management in the Analysis, which gives the basic information, the optimized daily attendance, access control, duty flow, flow field and flow off, statistical query: in functional analysis, the management of daily duty attendance, attendance management, leave procedures, field management, basic information management, query statistics management, use case analysis and use case system management is described, the system function, the overall function gives the system package diagram and package diagram sub functions, including the daily attendance management package diagram, package diagram on duty attendance management, leave management package diagram, statistics and query management package diagram, package diagram of basic information management and system management sub package package diagram in figure; in data analysis, the paper analyzed data needed to process all the functions of the system in the entity, all entities are given according to the entity relationship diagram, entity relationship diagram corresponding to build a database table structure; At the end of this paper summarizes the research and analysis of this paper to do, and the next step of work is expected.
