摘要：

截取1997～2008年數(shù)據(jù)，運用計量經(jīng)濟學的協(xié)整理論及格蘭杰檢驗方法得出的研究結論是，在青島市經(jīng)濟增長和青島港的發(fā)展的互動關系中，是青島市的經(jīng)濟增長在推動青島港的發(fā)展，而不是一般認為的青島港的發(fā)展在帶動青島市的經(jīng)濟增長。在青島市今后港城互動發(fā)展政策的制定過程中應側重于加大港口建設對城市經(jīng)濟的拉大力度，進一步促進青島市港城經(jīng)濟的互動發(fā)展。

Abstract： 

Based on statistics data from 1997 to 2008 and Co-integrated Granger causality tests） we can see that the growth of Qingdao city＇s economy is promoting the Qingdao port＇s development, which is not the reverse. So when we make the policy for the development of the city and the port, we should place extra emphasis on improving the port economy＇s pulling functions on the urban economy, in order to promote the port and the city＇s interactive developments.
