摘要：

截取1997～2008年數(shù)據(jù)，運(yùn)用計(jì)量經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的協(xié)整理論及格蘭杰檢驗(yàn)方法得出的研究結(jié)論是，在青島市經(jīng)濟(jì)增長和青島港的發(fā)展的互動關(guān)系中，是青島市的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長在推動青島港的發(fā)展，而不是一般認(rèn)為的青島港的發(fā)展在帶動青島市的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長。在青島市今后港城互動發(fā)展政策的制定過程中應(yīng)側(cè)重于加大港口建設(shè)對城市經(jīng)濟(jì)的拉大力度，進(jìn)一步促進(jìn)青島市港城經(jīng)濟(jì)的互動發(fā)展。

Abstract： 

Based on statistics data from 1997 to 2008 and Co-integrated Granger causality tests） we can see that the growth of Qingdao city＇s economy is promoting the Qingdao port＇s development, which is not the reverse. So when we make the policy for the development of the city and the port, we should place extra emphasis on improving the port economy＇s pulling functions on the urban economy, in order to promote the port and the city＇s interactive developments.
