復雜應(yīng)力下H形鋼懸臂柱柱腳焊縫熱點應(yīng)力分析

【摘要】:H形鋼懸臂柱柱腳焊縫的疲勞性能對鋼柱疲勞壽命起控制作用,應(yīng)用熱點應(yīng)力的表面外推法,通過建立數(shù)值計算模型,對彎矩、扭矩和彎扭共同作用下柱腳焊縫熱點應(yīng)力進行了分析。選取翼緣與底板厚度比(t_1/t_2)、翼緣和腹板厚度比(t_1/t_3)、腹板厚度(t_3)與型鋼截面高度(h)作為影響因素,對熱點應(yīng)力集中系數(shù)SCFhs進行參數(shù)分析。分析結(jié)果表明,其它條件不變的情況下,彎矩作用下的熱點應(yīng)力集中系數(shù)SCFmhs隨著(t_1/t_3)和(t_3)的增大而減小,但與(t_1/t_2)關(guān)系不大,h增加可導致SCFhs增大,建議取為1.40;扭矩作用下的熱點應(yīng)力集中系數(shù)SCFths隨著(t_1/t_2)和(t_3)的增大而減小,但與(t_1/t_3)關(guān)系不大,h增加可導致SCFths增大,建議取為1.20;彎扭共同作用下的熱點應(yīng)力集中系數(shù)SCFmths隨著(M/T)的增大而增大,建議取1.05 SCFths。
