【摘要】：硬質(zhì)阻燃型聚氯乙烯塑料電氣管道由于具有良好的阻燃性能而被廣泛應(yīng)用于建筑工程施工中,以硅系阻燃劑有機(jī)蒙脫土、金屬系阻燃劑氫氧化鎂、磷系阻燃劑聚磷酸銨為例,對(duì)其阻燃型復(fù)合物的制備方法和性能進(jìn)行探究。結(jié)果證明阻燃效果:氫氧化鎂有機(jī)蒙脫土聚磷酸銨;拉伸強(qiáng)度:聚磷酸銨有機(jī)蒙脫土氫氧化鎂;斷裂伸長(zhǎng)率:氫氧化鎂聚磷酸銨有機(jī)蒙脫土。同時(shí)建筑工程中電氣管道施工復(fù)雜,從施工前準(zhǔn)備工作到敷設(shè)施工流程進(jìn)行具體說明,包括工程審計(jì)、設(shè)計(jì)施工流程、主體結(jié)構(gòu)施工和二次結(jié)構(gòu)施工。
[Abstract]:Rigid flame retardant PVC plastic electrical pipe has been widely used in construction because of its good flame retardancy. Taking silicon flame retardant organic montmorillonite, metal flame retardant magnesium hydroxide and phosphorus flame retardant ammonium polyphosphate as examples, the preparation method and properties of flame retardant composite were studied. The results showed that the flame retardant effect was as follows: magnesium hydroxide organic montmorillonite ammonium polyphosphate, tensile strength: ammonium polyphosphate organic montmorillonite magnesium hydroxide, extension at break: magnesium hydroxide ammonium polyphosphate organic montmorillonite. At the same time, the construction of electrical pipeline in construction engineering is complex, from preparation before construction to laying construction process, including engineering audit, design and construction process, main structure construction and secondary structure construction.
