不同粒徑風(fēng)化砂改良膨脹土的特性試驗(yàn)

【摘要】:土的粒徑對(duì)土的壓實(shí)性、強(qiáng)度以及脹縮特性有一定的影響。為研究不同粒徑的風(fēng)化砂對(duì)膨脹土特性的影響及其影響規(guī)律,本文結(jié)合宜昌市風(fēng)化砂改良膨脹土特性試驗(yàn)研究,對(duì)粒徑(d)為0.5mm、0.5mm≤d1mm及1mm≤d2mm的風(fēng)化砂改良膨脹土進(jìn)行了無荷膨脹率、收縮、直剪和擊實(shí)試驗(yàn),得到不同粒徑、不同摻砂比例改良膨脹土的擊實(shí)、強(qiáng)度和脹縮指標(biāo)。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,摻入風(fēng)化砂能夠有效抑制膨脹土的脹縮特性,改善壓實(shí)特性,提高膨脹土的強(qiáng)度;摻砂之后,膨脹土的最佳含水率、無荷膨脹率、線縮率、體縮率及收縮系數(shù)均降低,最大干密度、內(nèi)摩擦角、縮限均增大。同一摻砂比例下,隨著粒徑的增大,膨脹土的無荷膨脹率、線縮率和體縮率均減小;內(nèi)摩擦角、黏聚力、最大干密度及縮限均增大。同一粒徑下,隨著摻砂比例的增大,膨脹土的最佳含水率、無荷膨脹率、線縮率和體縮率均降低;縮限和內(nèi)摩擦角均增大;黏聚力隨著摻砂比例的增大先增大后減小。當(dāng)粒徑為1mm≤d2mm和0.5mm≤d1mm時(shí),摻砂20%時(shí)黏聚力達(dá)到最大值;當(dāng)粒徑為0.5mm時(shí),摻砂10%時(shí)黏聚力達(dá)到最大值。最大干密度的變化趨勢(shì)隨著風(fēng)化砂粒徑的改變而改變,當(dāng)粒徑為1mm≤d2mm時(shí),最大干密度隨著摻砂比例的增加而增大;當(dāng)粒徑為0.5mm≤d1mm時(shí),最大干密度隨著摻砂比例的增大先增大后逐漸減小,摻砂30%時(shí),最大干密度達(dá)到最大值;當(dāng)粒徑為0.5mm時(shí),最大干密度隨著摻砂比例的增大先增大后減小,摻砂20%時(shí),最大干密度達(dá)到最大值。
