碳纖維帶電熱技術的試驗研究

【摘要】:提出了一種基于碳纖維帶的新型室內(nèi)地暖電熱系統(tǒng),并介紹了電熱板的設計思路、試驗模型和建造過程,得到了試驗結(jié)果.試驗通過將三條寬度為50mm,間距為200mm的碳纖維帶預埋在水泥砂漿中構(gòu)成電熱板,檢測不同位置溫度隨時間的變化和系統(tǒng)能耗,以獲得系統(tǒng)的電熱性能.結(jié)果表明:電熱系統(tǒng)升溫迅速,平均升溫速率能達到1.83℃/min.豎直方向的溫度變化梯度遠大于水平方向溫度變化梯度.碳纖維帶電阻穩(wěn)定性較好,地暖反射膜和保溫板的隔熱效果良好,溫控裝置對減少能耗成效顯著.
[Abstract]:A new type of indoor warm electric heating system based on carbon fiber belt is proposed, and the design idea, test model and construction process of the electric heating plate are introduced, and the test results are obtained. In order to obtain the electrothermal performance of the system, three carbon fiber strips with width of 50mm and spacing of 200mm were embedded in cement mortar to form electric heating plate, and the change of temperature at different positions with time and the energy consumption of the system were measured in order to obtain the electrothermal performance of the system. The results show that the electric heating system heats up rapidly and the average heating rate can reach 1.83 鈩,
