壓實系數(shù)對內(nèi)填砂卵石薄壁方鋼管柱軸壓性能影響研究

【摘要】:利用壓力試驗機(jī)完成了不同壓實系數(shù)下內(nèi)填砂卵石薄壁方鋼管柱軸壓靜力性能試驗,分析了不同壓實系數(shù)下各試件的破壞形態(tài)、荷載-位移曲線以及極限承載力等數(shù)據(jù)。試驗結(jié)果表明:內(nèi)填不同壓實系數(shù)的砂卵石薄壁方鋼管柱破壞模式均為局部屈曲失穩(wěn)破壞,且屈曲位置基本都靠近端部;內(nèi)填砂卵石的壓實系數(shù)在86%~92%時,試件承載力增長速率要明顯大于壓實系數(shù)在81%~86%的試件承載力增長速率,即薄壁鋼管與砂卵石的相互作用效果較明顯。
[Abstract]:The axial compression static performance tests of thin-wall square steel pipe columns filled with sand and pebbles under different compaction coefficients were completed by using pressure tester. The failure patterns, load-displacement curves and ultimate bearing capacity of each specimen under different compaction coefficients were analyzed. The experimental results show that the failure modes of sand and pebble thin-wall square steel pipe columns filled with different compaction coefficients are local buckling failure, and the buckling positions are basically close to the end.
