堿礦渣加氣混凝土制備與性能研究

【摘要】:本文以化學(xué)發(fā)泡方法制備了堿礦渣加氣混凝土(AASAC),研究了其孔結(jié)構(gòu)與宏觀性能之間的關(guān)系。結(jié)果顯示:AASAC干密度范圍在400~700 kg/m~3,其體積吸水率與孔隙率成線性相關(guān)性,28 d抗壓強度和干燥收縮值隨孔隙率增加而減小。加氣混凝土斷面圖像分析結(jié)果表明,引入氣孔圓度值接近于1以及氣孔孔徑在100μm以內(nèi)的氣孔比例越大,混凝土強度越高。

The relationship between pore structure and macroscopic properties of alkali slag aerated concrete was studied.
