高強鋼結(jié)構(gòu)抗火研究進展

【摘要】:高強鋼結(jié)構(gòu)的性能與應(yīng)用是近年來建筑結(jié)構(gòu)領(lǐng)域的熱點研究課題之一,其火災(zāi)性能至關(guān)重要.本文總結(jié)國內(nèi)外高強鋼結(jié)構(gòu)的抗火研究現(xiàn)狀,包括高強鋼高溫材料性能、高強鋼構(gòu)件抗火性能以及高強鋼用于梁柱連接節(jié)點的抗火性能研究等.不同種類高強鋼的高溫力學(xué)性能差異顯著,且基于普通鋼材料力學(xué)性能的現(xiàn)行鋼結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計規(guī)范均不能經(jīng)濟可靠地指導(dǎo)高強鋼結(jié)構(gòu)防火設(shè)計;國內(nèi)外對高強鋼構(gòu)件及節(jié)點的抗火性能研究以理論分析和數(shù)值模擬為主,試驗研究相對匱乏,遠不能滿足高強鋼結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計需求.因此,有必要進行更多更深入的試驗和理論研究,以完善高強鋼結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計理論,為相關(guān)設(shè)計規(guī)范修訂提供依據(jù).
[Abstract]:The performance and application of high strength steel structure is one of the hot research topics in the field of building structure in recent years, and its fire performance is very important. In this paper, the research status of fire resistance of high strength steel structures at home and abroad is summarized, including the properties of high strength steel high temperature materials, the fire resistance of high strength steel members and the fire resistance of high strength steel used in Liang Zhu joint. The high temperature mechanical properties of different kinds of high strength steel are significantly different, and the current steel structure design code based on the mechanical properties of ordinary steel materials can not guide the fire prevention design of high strength steel structure economically and reliably. The research on fire resistance of high strength steel members and joints at home and abroad is mainly based on theoretical analysis and numerical simulation, but the experimental research is relatively scarce, which is far from meeting the design requirements of high strength steel structures. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out more and more in-depth experiments and theoretical research in order to perfect the design theory of high strength steel structure and provide the basis for the revision of relevant design codes.
