【摘要】：為研究鑄造工業(yè)產(chǎn)生的固體廢棄物—水玻璃舊砂制備砂基透水燒結(jié)路面磚的可行性,研究了水玻璃舊砂摻量、煤矸石粒徑、燒結(jié)溫度和保溫時間對透水燒結(jié)路面磚透水系數(shù)和抗壓強度的影響,并通過微觀結(jié)構(gòu)分析了水玻璃舊砂制備透水燒結(jié)路面磚的機理.結(jié)果表明:采用水玻璃舊砂可以制備出透水系數(shù)和抗壓強度均滿足國家標準要求的透水燒結(jié)路面磚;水玻璃舊砂摻量為70%時,透水燒結(jié)路面磚的綜合性能較好;煤矸石粒度為0.16~2.5 mm時,透水燒結(jié)路面磚的透水系數(shù)和抗壓強度均可以達到國家標準的要求;燒成溫度為1 000℃時制得的透水燒結(jié)路面磚的透水系數(shù)和抗壓強度已經(jīng)可以滿足國家標準的要求;制備水玻璃舊砂基透水燒結(jié)路面磚較適宜的保溫時間為40~60 min.
[Abstract]:In order to study the feasibility of preparing sand-based permeable sintered road brick from solid waste-water glass old sand produced by foundry industry, the amount of water glass used sand and the particle diameter of coal gangue were studied. The influence of sintering temperature and holding time on the permeability coefficient and compressive strength of permeable sintered pavement brick was studied. The mechanism of preparing permeable sintered road brick with water glass used sand was analyzed by microstructure. The results show that the permeable sintered road brick with water permeability coefficient and compressive strength can be prepared by using the old water glass sand, and the comprehensive performance of the permeable sintered road brick is better when the content of water glass old sand is 70%, and the water permeability coefficient and compressive strength of the brick can meet the requirements of the national standard. When the particle size of coal gangue is 0.16 / 2.5 mm, the permeability coefficient and compressive strength of permeable sintered pavement brick can meet the requirements of national standards.
