開孔薄壁鋼梁-輕骨料混凝土裝配式組合樓板受力性能試驗研究

【摘要】:為研究開孔薄壁鋼梁-輕骨料混凝土組合樓板的受力性能,設(shè)計并制作了5塊具有不同構(gòu)造(不同預制板型、抗剪方式及腹板開孔率)的組合樓板試件,進行了簡支條件下均布加載受力性能試驗研究。結(jié)果表明:該組合樓板具有較高的整體剛度和承載能力,當?shù)刃Ь己奢d達到6 k N/m~2時,跨中撓度遠小于L/500(L為試件跨度);對于相同的開孔率,薄壁鋼梁腹板的開孔應優(yōu)選孔徑小、數(shù)量多的開孔形式;采用文中所構(gòu)造的抗剪鍵及其布置形式的組合樓板,其抗剪效果明顯優(yōu)于采用結(jié)構(gòu)膠黏結(jié)混凝土板和鋼梁的;組合效應系數(shù)可以較好地反映組合樓板的整體特性及內(nèi)部損傷。
[Abstract]:In order to study the mechanical properties of thin-walled steel beam-lightweight aggregate concrete composite slab with holes, five composite slab specimens with different structures (different prefabricated plate type, shear resistance and web opening ratio) were designed and fabricated. An experimental study was carried out on the performance of uniform load under the condition of simple support. The results show that the composite floor has high overall stiffness and bearing capacity. When the equivalent uniform load reaches 6 k N/m~2, the mid-span deflection of the composite floor is much smaller than that of L ~ (5) 500 (L is the span of the specimen). For the same opening rate, the thin-walled steel beam web should be optimized for a small pore size and a large number of openings. The shear resistance effect of the composite slab with shear bond and its arrangement is obviously better than that with structural adhesive concrete slab and steel beam, and the composite effect coefficient can better reflect the overall characteristics and internal damage of the composite slab.
