【摘要】：恒大國際金融中心D區(qū)商業(yè)地上7層,主體結(jié)構(gòu)高度35.4m,采用框架-剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)體系,結(jié)構(gòu)平面尺寸203m×104m。首先結(jié)合建筑方案及經(jīng)濟(jì)性分析說明了主體結(jié)構(gòu)的體系選型方案。隨后,系統(tǒng)介紹了項目設(shè)計過程中針對主體結(jié)構(gòu)平面不規(guī)則、豎向不規(guī)則及其他不規(guī)則項選用的計算措施和設(shè)計措施。同時,對主體結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計選用的性能化設(shè)計方法進(jìn)行了具體陳述。最后,對主體結(jié)構(gòu)的地上超長處理措施進(jìn)行了重點說明。研究及設(shè)計結(jié)果表明:通過選用合理的計算措施和設(shè)計措施,原結(jié)構(gòu)的不規(guī)則性得到有效控制,結(jié)構(gòu)各項計算指標(biāo)可以較好地滿足規(guī)范要求,結(jié)構(gòu)安全、可靠,結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計可行。
[Abstract]:Evergrande International Financial Center D area 7 commercial floors, the main structure height 35.4m, frame-shear wall structure system, structure plane dimension 203m 脳 104m. First of all, the system selection scheme of the main structure is explained by combining the architectural scheme and economic analysis. Then, the calculation measures and design measures are systematically introduced in the process of project design, which are aimed at the irregular plane, vertical irregularity and other irregularity of the main structure in the project design process. At the same time, the performance-based design method selected for the main structure design is described in detail. Finally, the main structure of the ground extra-long treatment measures are described in detail. The research and design results show that the irregularity of the original structure can be effectively controlled by selecting reasonable calculation measures and design measures. The calculation indexes of the structure can meet the requirements of the code better, the structure is safe, reliable, and the structure design is feasible.
