超高層建筑核心筒優(yōu)化設(shè)計研究

【摘要】:進入21世紀,中國經(jīng)濟快速發(fā)展,城市化水平不斷提高,與此同時全國各地超高層建筑如雨后春筍般出現(xiàn)。超高層建筑作為一個區(qū)域、一座城市的地標建筑,其外在的形象、對于區(qū)域規(guī)劃的制約、對于城市生活的影響等問題已經(jīng)得到了重點關(guān)注和研究。然而,作為超高層建筑的“心臟”——超高層建筑核心筒,相關(guān)的研究卻少之又少。超高層建筑核心筒不僅是超高層建筑上下聯(lián)系的交通樞紐,也是緊急情況下安全疏散和各類管線上下聯(lián)系的垂直通道。因此,本文將結(jié)合實際項目——榆林總部基地項目為例,探討核心筒優(yōu)化設(shè)計的一般方法。筆者將結(jié)合相關(guān)研究,對于超高層建筑核心筒的面積、標注層使用率、結(jié)構(gòu)形式、電梯系統(tǒng)、安全疏散系統(tǒng)、設(shè)備管井及輔助用房等方面進行詳細的論述,總結(jié)出核心筒優(yōu)化設(shè)計一般方法。本文總共分為三個部分:1.前兩章主要介紹相關(guān)研究背景、內(nèi)容、目的、方法、國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀。通過大量的典型超高層建筑核心筒調(diào)研,總結(jié)出典型的超高層建筑核心筒布局方式,標準層面積、使用率、電梯分區(qū)模式等,為下文論述做鋪墊。2.三四章為超高層建筑核心筒一般概念介紹和相關(guān)的優(yōu)化設(shè)計研究。首先對于超高層建筑核心筒相關(guān)概念進行介紹,包括核心筒的平面形式,結(jié)構(gòu)形式,各個組成部分。其次結(jié)合相關(guān)的案例研究,對于超高層建筑核心筒各個組成部分分類研究,包括電梯系統(tǒng)、安全疏散系統(tǒng)等。最后總結(jié)出超高層建筑核心筒優(yōu)化設(shè)計的一般方法。3.最后一部分是結(jié)合實際項目與前文總結(jié)的相關(guān)優(yōu)化設(shè)計方法,對榆林總部基地超高層核心筒進行優(yōu)化設(shè)計研究,通過多方案的比較檢驗其優(yōu)化設(shè)計實用性。
[Abstract]:In the 21st century, China's economy is developing rapidly and the level of urbanization is increasing. At the same time, the super-high-rise buildings are springing up all over the country. Super-high-rise building as a region, a city landmark building, its external image, the constraints on regional planning, the impact on urban life and other issues have been focused on and studied. However, as the heart of super-high-rise building-the core tube of super-high-rise building, there is little research related to it. The core tube of super-high-rise building is not only the transportation hub of the upper-lower connection of super-high-rise building, but also the vertical passage between safety evacuation and all kinds of pipelines in emergency. Therefore, this article will combine the actual project-Yulin headquarters base project as an example, and discuss the general method of the optimization design of the core tube. Combining with the related research, the author will discuss in detail the area of the core tube of the super-high-rise building, the usage rate of the marking floor, the structure form, the elevator system, the safety evacuation system, the equipment pipe well and the auxiliary room, and so on. The general method of optimum design of core tube is summarized. This article is divided into three parts: 1. The first two chapters mainly introduce the related research background, content, purpose, method, domestic and foreign research status. Through a large number of investigation on the core tube of the typical super high-rise building, the layout mode, the standard floor area, the utilization rate and the elevator partition mode of the core tube of the typical super-high-rise building are summarized, which pave the way for the following discussion. 2. Chapter 3-4 introduces the general concept and optimization design of the core tube of super-high-rise building. First of all, the concept of the core tube of super-high-rise building is introduced, including the plane form, structure form and each component of the core tube. Secondly, combined with the relevant case studies, the classification of each component of the core tube of super-high-rise building, including elevator system, safety evacuation system and so on. Finally, the general method of optimum design of the core tube of super-high-rise building is summarized. 3. In the last part, the optimization design of the super-high-rise core tube of Yulin headquarters base is studied, and the practicability of the optimization design is verified by the comparison between the multi-scheme and the related optimization design method summarized in the previous paper.
