新型端板螺栓連接框架節(jié)點抗震性能試驗研究

【摘要】:提出了一種新型預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土梁、連續(xù)復(fù)合螺旋箍筋混凝土柱及端板螺栓連接的裝配式節(jié)點,該節(jié)點的基本構(gòu)造為:采用高強(qiáng)螺栓通過外伸端板將梁與柱裝配在一起,并在梁柱中均采用連續(xù)復(fù)合螺旋箍筋,另在梁中配置預(yù)應(yīng)力筋與普通鋼筋,普通鋼筋通過墩頭與端板焊接在一起,且在節(jié)點核心區(qū)處采用鋼板箍替代箍筋。該節(jié)點傳力明確,且避免了核心區(qū)鋼筋縱橫交錯的現(xiàn)象。為研究該節(jié)點的抗震性能,通過擬靜力試驗對該節(jié)點的滯回曲線、延性、高強(qiáng)螺旋箍筋對混凝土的約束作用等進(jìn)行了分析。試驗結(jié)果表明:節(jié)點破壞前,梁端出現(xiàn)了明顯的塑性鉸,節(jié)點具有較好的延性及耗能能力,且柱子和核心區(qū)的損壞程度較小,密配高強(qiáng)螺旋箍筋的約束作用能有效地提高構(gòu)件的抗剪承載力和結(jié)構(gòu)的變形能力。
[Abstract]:A new type of prestressing concrete beam, continuous composite spiral stirrups concrete column and end plate bolted joint is presented. The basic structure of the joint is as follows: using high strength bolt to assemble beam and column by extending end plate, Continuous composite spiral stirrups are used in beams and columns. In addition, pre-stressed bars and common steel bars are arranged in the beam. Ordinary reinforcement is welded together through pier head and end plate, and steel plate hoop is used to replace stirrups in the core area of the joint. The force transfer of the joint is clear, and the phenomenon of steel bar crisscross in the core area is avoided. In order to study the seismic performance of the joint, the hysteretic curve, ductility and the restraint effect of high strength spiral stirrups on concrete were analyzed by pseudo-static test. The experimental results show that the beam end has obvious plastic hinge before the joint failure, the joint has better ductility and energy dissipation capacity, and the damage degree of column and core area is small. High strength spiral stirrups can effectively improve the shear capacity and the deformation capacity of the structure under the restraint action of compacted high strength spiral stirrups.
