【摘要】：本文以哈爾濱西客站候車廳為研究載體,研究了特大型高鐵站候車廳聲源種類及聲源特性對(duì)候車者情緒的影響。首先,對(duì)候車廳內(nèi)日常及模擬候車廳發(fā)生火災(zāi)兩種情況下不同聲源種類分別進(jìn)行了研究,得出了不同情況下聲源種類對(duì)候車者情緒的影響。在此基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)一步歸納了影響聲源情緒評(píng)價(jià)的主要因子(針對(duì)日常情況下的聲源類型)。而后,主要分析了實(shí)驗(yàn)環(huán)境因素、聲壓級(jí)因素、混響時(shí)間因素(空間大小)等如何影響了聲源的情緒評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果,希望從以上幾個(gè)角度給出提高候車廳聲源情緒體驗(yàn)的方法。研究結(jié)果表明:首先,人們對(duì)于火災(zāi)情況下聲源的情緒感受比日常聲源的情緒感受差。在兩種情況下,給予候車者情緒感受最差的都是人聲。音樂聲及廣播聲給予候車者的情緒感受最好,消防車的警笛聲在火災(zāi)時(shí)可以緩解受困候車者的不安情緒,而受困人員互相之間的爭(zhēng)吵聲則加劇了不安情緒。其次,運(yùn)用SPSS因子分析對(duì)于日常的聲源的情緒評(píng)價(jià)進(jìn)行分析,結(jié)果顯示:影響情緒愉悅維度評(píng)價(jià)的主要因子是聲源本身的特性;而影響情緒喚醒維度的主要因子則與聲源與與測(cè)試者之間的相對(duì)關(guān)系及聲源給測(cè)試者的記憶有關(guān)。最后,實(shí)驗(yàn)環(huán)境不同、聲壓級(jí)高低、混響時(shí)間長短(空間大小)等因素均對(duì)候車者候車時(shí)的情緒產(chǎn)生了不同程度的影響。降低聲源聲壓級(jí)可以提高除音樂聲外所有聲源的情緒感受�？臻g尺度增加可以提高候車者的情緒感受。實(shí)驗(yàn)環(huán)境差異對(duì)結(jié)果的影響不大,而存在差異的聲源主要為背景聲及突發(fā)性聲源。最后,性別、腳步聲人數(shù)的多少及腳步聲節(jié)奏的快慢對(duì)情緒評(píng)價(jià)也均存在影響。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the influence of the type of sound source and the characteristics of sound source on the mood of the waiting hall of Harbin West passenger Station is studied by taking the bus waiting hall of Harbin West passenger Station as the research carrier. Firstly, the effects of different types of sound sources on the mood of the waiting room were studied under the conditions of daily fire and simulated fire in the waiting room, and the effects of different types of sound sources on the mood of the waiting room were obtained. On this basis, the main factors that affect the emotional evaluation of sound sources are further summarized (according to the types of sound sources under daily conditions). Then, this paper mainly analyzes how the environmental factors, sound pressure level factors, reverberation time factors (space size) affect the emotional evaluation results of the sound source, and hopes to give some methods to improve the emotional experience of the sound source in the waiting room from the above aspects. The results show that: firstly, the emotional feeling of sound source in fire is worse than that of daily sound source. In both cases, the person who gives the waiting person the worst emotional feeling is the human voice. Music and radio sound give the passengers the best emotional feeling, the fire truck sirens can ease the distress in the fire, and the quarrelling between the trapped people aggravates the uneasiness. Secondly, the SPSS factor analysis was used to analyze the emotional evaluation of the daily sound source. The results showed that the main factor influencing the evaluation of emotional pleasure dimension was the characteristics of the sound source itself; The main factors influencing the dimensions of emotional arousal are related to the relative relationship between sound sources and testers and the memory of sound sources to testers. Finally, different experimental environment, sound pressure level, reverberation time (space size) and other factors have a different degree of influence on the mood of waiting for a bus. Lowering the sound pressure level can improve the emotional feelings of all sound sources except musical sound. The increase of spatial scale can improve the mood feeling of the waiting passengers. The difference of experimental environment has little effect on the results, but the main source of difference is background sound and sudden sound source. Finally, the gender, the number of footsteps and the pace of footsteps also have an impact on emotional evaluation.
