【摘要】：快速城鎮(zhèn)化、農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和農(nóng)業(yè)科技進(jìn)步對(duì)我國(guó)農(nóng)村空間布局產(chǎn)生了巨大的沖擊,機(jī)械化、規(guī)模化、生態(tài)化的農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)方式發(fā)展趨勢(shì)和多樣化的農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型都受到現(xiàn)有農(nóng)村空間布局的限制。因此,如何調(diào)整新形勢(shì)下的農(nóng)村空間布局已成為重要而緊迫的課題。二十世紀(jì)七八十年代西方興起的生態(tài)村運(yùn)動(dòng)以及二十一世紀(jì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的提出,為農(nóng)村空間布局調(diào)整提供了發(fā)展方向。本文以天津地區(qū)生態(tài)村為研究對(duì)象,從生態(tài)村空間布局的構(gòu)成要素、影響因子及其作用機(jī)制角度出發(fā),分析天津生態(tài)村空間布局存在的問(wèn)題,并提出系統(tǒng)性解決方案,以期為天津生態(tài)村建設(shè)提供借鑒意義。全文共分為六章,主要內(nèi)容如下:第一章為緒論,闡明了研究的背景、范圍、方法和意義,整理相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),提出本文的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn),并定義了生態(tài)村空間布局的概念。第二章為相關(guān)理論與政策研究,通過(guò)對(duì)生態(tài)村空間布局相關(guān)理論與政策的梳理,分析其對(duì)空間布局的影響作用。第三章為生態(tài)村空間布局的構(gòu)成機(jī)制,提出生態(tài)村空間布局的構(gòu)成要素與影響因子,通過(guò)對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)典型生態(tài)村空間布局的分析,歸納出影響因子對(duì)生態(tài)村空間布局的作用機(jī)制。第四章為天津生態(tài)村空間布局的問(wèn)題調(diào)研,研究天津生態(tài)村基本情況,歸納出天津生態(tài)村空間布局的類(lèi)型,進(jìn)而選取典型生態(tài)村從構(gòu)成要素和影響因子角度對(duì)其空間布局進(jìn)行研究,找到共性問(wèn)題。第五章為天津生態(tài)村空間布局問(wèn)題的應(yīng)對(duì)策略,分別指導(dǎo)思想、原則、目標(biāo)和對(duì)策四個(gè)方面提出了生態(tài)村空間布局規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)解決方案。第六章為結(jié)論與展望,總結(jié)了論文的研究成果并對(duì)未來(lái)的研究方向進(jìn)行展望。
[Abstract]:The rapid urbanization, the development of rural economy and the progress of agricultural science and technology have had a great impact on the spatial distribution of rural areas in China, which is mechanization and large-scale. The development trend of ecological agricultural production mode and the transformation of diversified agricultural industrial structure are restricted by the existing rural spatial distribution. Therefore, how to adjust the rural spatial distribution under the new situation has become an important and urgent issue. The ecological village movement rose in the 1970s and 1980s in the west and the sustainable development strategy in the 21 century was put forward, which provided the development direction for the adjustment of the rural spatial distribution. Taking the ecological village in Tianjin area as the research object, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the spatial distribution of the ecological village in Tianjin from the aspects of the constituent elements, the influencing factors and the mechanism of the spatial distribution of the ecological village, and puts forward a systematic solution to the problems in the spatial layout of the ecological village. In order to provide reference for the construction of ecological village in Tianjin. The full text is divided into six chapters, the main contents are as follows: the first chapter is the introduction, clarifies the background, scope, method and significance of the research, collates the relevant literature, puts forward the innovation point of this paper, and defines the concept of the ecological village spatial layout. The second chapter is the related theory and policy research, through combing the ecological village spatial layout theory and policy, analyze its influence on the spatial layout. The third chapter is the composing mechanism of the spatial distribution of ecological village, and puts forward the constituent elements and influencing factors of the spatial layout of ecological village. Through the analysis of the spatial layout of typical ecological villages in China, the paper concludes the mechanism of the effect of influencing factors on the spatial layout of ecological village. The fourth chapter is the investigation on the spatial distribution of Tianjin ecological village, the basic situation of Tianjin ecological village is studied, and the types of Tianjin ecological village spatial layout are summarized. Then select the typical ecological village from the composition factor and the influence factor angle to carry on the research to its space layout, find the common problem. The fifth chapter puts forward the plan and design solution of ecological village spatial layout in Tianjin from four aspects: guiding ideology, principle, goal and countermeasure. The sixth chapter is the conclusion and prospect, summarizes the research results of the paper and prospects the future research direction.
