【摘要】：“建設(shè)新型農(nóng)村社區(qū)”是各級(jí)政府在新的發(fā)展環(huán)境下針對(duì)農(nóng)村發(fā)展適時(shí)出臺(tái)的重要政策。新型農(nóng)村社區(qū)建設(shè)是促進(jìn)土地節(jié)約、資源共享,提高農(nóng)村基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施和公共服務(wù)水平的重要舉措。但在實(shí)際規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)過程中往往由于規(guī)劃者對(duì)農(nóng)村生活、當(dāng)?shù)匚幕?xí)俗欠缺了解,造成公共空間適用度不高,未能真正體現(xiàn)農(nóng)村社區(qū)居民的需求,原有村落中村民的歸屬感以及和諧的鄰里關(guān)系正在逐漸消失。針對(duì)新型農(nóng)村社區(qū)中出現(xiàn)的公共空間“城市化”、村民公共生活“衰退化”等現(xiàn)象,對(duì)新型農(nóng)村社區(qū)公共空間的研究已刻不容緩。論文以西安市新型農(nóng)村社區(qū)為研究對(duì)象,通過與傳統(tǒng)村莊公共空間進(jìn)行對(duì)比,總結(jié)新型農(nóng)村社區(qū)居民對(duì)公共空間的需求,分析已建新型農(nóng)村社區(qū)公共空間存在的問題,在此基礎(chǔ)上從公共空間體系、公共空間設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)容、設(shè)計(jì)方法等方面提出對(duì)規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)的具體要求,論文分為三大部分:首先,本文對(duì)農(nóng)村公共生活變遷進(jìn)行研究探討,總結(jié)得出新型農(nóng)村社區(qū)公共生活的基本特征及對(duì)公共空間的需求,對(duì)新型農(nóng)村社區(qū)公共空間從空間體系和空間構(gòu)成要素兩個(gè)層面進(jìn)行理論研究;其次,通過對(duì)傳統(tǒng)村落及五個(gè)新型農(nóng)村社區(qū)進(jìn)行實(shí)地調(diào)研,了解村民對(duì)公共空間的需求,歸納出農(nóng)村社區(qū)公共空間的現(xiàn)狀特點(diǎn),并對(duì)新型農(nóng)村社區(qū)公共空間存在的問題、空間需求進(jìn)行深入剖析;最后,提出了新型農(nóng)村社區(qū)公共空間規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)方法。通過本文的研究,以期為新型農(nóng)村社區(qū)公共生活的改善以及公共空間品質(zhì)的提升提供規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)策略,并為西安市其他地區(qū)新型農(nóng)村社區(qū)公共空間規(guī)劃建設(shè)提供參考思路。
[Abstract]:"Building a new rural community" is an important policy issued by all levels of government in response to the rural development under the new development environment. New-type rural community construction is an important measure to promote land conservation, resource sharing, and improve rural infrastructure and public services. However, in the actual planning and design process, the planners often lack understanding of rural life and local cultural customs, resulting in the poor utilization of public space and the failure to truly reflect the needs of rural community residents. The sense of belonging and harmonious neighborhood in the original village are gradually disappearing. In view of the phenomena such as "urbanization" of public space and "decline and degradation" of villagers' public life in the new rural community, it is urgent to study the public space of the new rural community. Taking the new rural community of Xi'an as the research object, by comparing with the traditional village public space, this paper summarizes the needs of the residents of the new rural community to the public space, and analyzes the problems existing in the public space of the built new rural community. On this basis, from the public space system, public space design content, design methods and other aspects of the specific requirements for planning and design, the paper is divided into three parts: first, this paper studies and discusses the changes of public life in rural areas. The basic characteristics of the public life of new rural communities and the demand for public space are summarized, and the theoretical research on the public space of the new rural community is carried out from the two aspects of the spatial system and the elements of the space. Secondly, through on-the-spot investigation on the traditional villages and five new rural communities, we can understand the villagers' demand for public space, sum up the current situation and characteristics of the public space in the rural community, and analyze the problems existing in the public space in the new rural community. In-depth analysis of space requirements; Finally, a new method of public space planning and design for rural communities is put forward. Through the research in this paper, we hope to provide planning and design strategies for the improvement of public life and the improvement of public space quality in new rural communities, and to provide reference ideas for the planning and construction of new rural community public space in Xi'an.
