地下水位下降引起既有建筑物地基沉降的分析方法

【摘要】:針對(duì)地下水位下降引起既有建筑物地基沉降問題,首先,依據(jù)太沙基有效應(yīng)力原理,建立地下水位下降引起附加應(yīng)力的分析方法。其次,考慮地基土的孔隙介質(zhì)特點(diǎn),從地基土宏觀與微觀應(yīng)力和應(yīng)變分析入手,獲得了在初始應(yīng)力和因地下水位下降引起的附加應(yīng)力作用下的既有建筑物地基土變形力學(xué)參數(shù)變化關(guān)系,它充分反映了地基土體宏觀與顆粒骨架微觀變形的不協(xié)調(diào)性。然后,引進(jìn)分級(jí)加載和分層總和的思想,建立了地下水位下降引起既有建筑物地基沉降的非線性分析新方法,其可同時(shí)反映既有建筑物地基因初始應(yīng)力和地下水位下降產(chǎn)生的附加應(yīng)力作用引起的地基土變形力學(xué)參數(shù)變化的影響。
[Abstract]:In view of the settlement of existing buildings caused by the drop of groundwater level, firstly, according to the effective stress principle of Terzaghi, the analysis method of additional stress caused by the drop of groundwater level is established. Secondly, considering the characteristics of pore medium of foundation soil, starting from the analysis of macro-and micro-stress and strain of foundation soil, Under the action of initial stress and additional stress caused by the drop of groundwater level, the variation relation of deformation mechanical parameters of existing building foundation soil is obtained, which fully reflects the incompatibility between macro-deformation of foundation soil and micro-deformation of particle skeleton. Then, the idea of hierarchical loading and stratified summation is introduced, and a new nonlinear analysis method for foundation settlement of existing buildings caused by the drop of groundwater level is established. It can reflect at the same time the influence of the initial stress of existing buildings and the change of mechanical parameters of ground soil deformation caused by the additional stress caused by the drop of groundwater level.
