D公司建設工程項目全過程造價管理體系研究
[Abstract]:Compared with other countries, the construction industry of our country starts late and is still not perfect in system and system. The management system which is often used in the construction industry of our country is relatively extensive and random. In order to survive and develop better, the construction enterprises in the construction industry pay more and more attention to the construction cost, because the project cost directly affects the project cost. Most construction enterprises usually try their best to manage the project cost effectively, and reduce the project cost as much as possible while meeting the requirements of project quality and schedule. D Company is a construction enterprise whose main business is a software development group, and its management mode is more extensive and random than that of mature building development enterprises. Especially the construction project cost management system. In the management only focus on the plan and actual total investment amount, but ignore the management of the whole process. With the increasingly fierce competition in the construction industry, the past cost management system has become the bottleneck of the development of the company. The total amount of investment in construction projects is not effectively controlled, and the projects that exceed the budgeted investment amount reach 80%, and the cost cannot be controlled, which reduces the competitiveness of the company. Company D urgently needs to change the cognition of project cost management. And rebuild effective cost management system. The whole process cost management system of construction project is a kind of system which realizes the whole process of engineering project, including decision-making stage, design stage, bidding stage, construction stage, completion stage and so on. This management system investigates the influence of construction cost from every stage of construction project, expands the scope of traditional cost management, and can reduce the construction cost of D Company and enhance its core competitiveness. This paper is divided into five parts, the first part introduces the introduction, mainly describes the background and purpose of the research. The second part is related to the theoretical review of the construction project cost, cost management, the whole process of cost management, and so on. Life cycle cost management and other related concepts of the meaning, characteristics and so on. The third part introduces the present situation of construction project cost management of D Company and the problems existing in the cost management. The fourth part introduces the goal, the management process, the organization and its functions, the important and difficult points and the plan of the whole life cycle cost management system. Finally, the process of the new cost management system and its unique effect are illustrated by the practice of a physical education building construction project in Dalian. The fifth part is the implementation and prospect of life cycle cost management.
