【摘要】：近些年來(lái),隨著社會(huì)主義新農(nóng)村建設(shè)與新型城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)的不斷推行,我國(guó)廣大鄉(xiāng)村地區(qū)獲得了較大程度的發(fā)展,鄉(xiāng)村建設(shè)也日趨完善。但是,由于城鄉(xiāng)差距的不斷擴(kuò)大以及鄉(xiāng)村人口外流數(shù)量的急劇增長(zhǎng),使得鄉(xiāng)村空間發(fā)展依然面臨著許多問(wèn)題與矛盾——舊村空間“空廢化”、新村建設(shè)“模式化”、鄉(xiāng)村空間活力逐漸衰退、鄉(xiāng)村建設(shè)停滯不前等等。陜西省禮泉縣袁家村的建設(shè)實(shí)踐與引發(fā)的熱潮,或許能給予我們一些鄉(xiāng)村建設(shè)的啟示。作為關(guān)中地區(qū)城郊旅游型鄉(xiāng)村空間營(yíng)建的優(yōu)秀范例,袁家村很好地詮釋了鄉(xiāng)村空間與旅游開(kāi)發(fā)、鄉(xiāng)村空間與產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展、鄉(xiāng)村空間與民俗展示、鄉(xiāng)村空間與文化傳承之間的互融共生關(guān)系,這也成為筆者選擇袁家村作為研究主體的原因所在。本論文以關(guān)中地區(qū)的鄉(xiāng)村發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀為研究背景,以袁家村的建設(shè)發(fā)展歷程為研究前提,以現(xiàn)階段袁家村的空間分析為主要研究?jī)?nèi)容,通過(guò)對(duì)其在用地布局、空間結(jié)構(gòu)、空間序列、空間類型、空間形態(tài)、群落組織等方面的特征分析,深入了解袁家村空間營(yíng)建的具體方式。在研究過(guò)程中,筆者通過(guò)調(diào)研、整理、類比、量化、圖解等多種研究手段相互結(jié)合,盡可能清晰地呈現(xiàn)出袁家村的整體空間格局特征、街巷組織特征、院落布局特征、建筑風(fēng)貌特征、環(huán)境營(yíng)造特征,梳理各空間要素之間的組織聯(lián)系方式,尋求既符合鄉(xiāng)村個(gè)性又滿足當(dāng)代旅游發(fā)展需求的空間建構(gòu)模式,以為城郊旅游型鄉(xiāng)村建設(shè)提供一些切實(shí)有效的參考。雖然本論文的研究是以“空間分析”為主要立足點(diǎn),但對(duì)于旅游型鄉(xiāng)村發(fā)展的產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)模式、開(kāi)發(fā)建設(shè)模式、運(yùn)營(yíng)管理模式、業(yè)態(tài)構(gòu)成模式、功能組織模式等均進(jìn)行了不同程度的探討,了解鄉(xiāng)村空間的良性發(fā)展是由多方面因素所共同決定的,在注重空間本體營(yíng)建方式的同時(shí),也應(yīng)對(duì)其他因素進(jìn)行綜合性的考量。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the continuous implementation of the construction of new socialist countryside and new urbanization, the vast rural areas of our country have been developed to a large extent, and the rural construction is becoming more and more perfect. However, due to the widening gap between urban and rural areas and the rapid increase of rural population outflow, the development of rural space is still facing many problems and contradictions-old village space "empty", new village construction "model". Rural space vitality gradually decline, rural construction stagnated and so on. The construction practice and upsurge of Yuan Jia Village in Liquan County, Shaanxi Province, may give us some inspiration for rural construction. As an excellent example of the construction of tourist rural space in the suburbs of Guanzhong, Yuan Jia Village has a good interpretation of rural space and tourism development, rural space and industrial development, rural space and folk customs display. The coexistence relationship between rural space and cultural heritage has become the reason why the author chose Yuan Jia Village as the main body of study. This paper takes the present situation of rural development in Guanzhong area as the research background, takes the construction and development course of Yuan Jia Village as the research premise, and takes the spatial analysis of Yuan Jia Village as the main research content at the present stage. Spatial sequence, spatial type, spatial form, community organization and other aspects of the characteristics of the analysis, in-depth understanding of the specific ways of space construction in Yuanjia Village. In the course of the research, the author combines various research means, such as investigation, arrangement, analogy, quantification, diagram and so on, and presents as clearly as possible the characteristics of the overall spatial pattern of Yuan Jia Village, the characteristics of street and lane organization, the layout of courtyard, etc. Architectural features, environmental characteristics, combing the various spatial elements of the organization and contact between the way to find both rural personality and meet the needs of contemporary tourism development space construction model, For the suburban tourism type of rural construction to provide some practical and effective reference. Although the research of this paper is mainly based on "spatial analysis", but for the tourism rural development of the industrial management model, development and construction model, operation management model, business model, The functional organization mode and so on have carried on the different degree discussion, understood the countryside space benign development is decided by the various factors together, pays attention to the space ontology construction way, but also should carry on the comprehensive consideration to the other factors.
