【摘要】：院落空間是一種古老而典型的空間組織模式,經(jīng)歷了數(shù)千年的演化依舊廣泛應(yīng)用于現(xiàn)代建筑之中。當(dāng)代,我國眾多本土化實(shí)踐中也紛紛引入院落空間作為本土文化資源的側(cè)面呈現(xiàn),但其創(chuàng)作局限性也暴露無遺。現(xiàn)代城市化的高密度環(huán)境和傳統(tǒng)水平擴(kuò)展的院落空間看似呈現(xiàn)出矛盾關(guān)系,但反觀西方及其他地區(qū)關(guān)于把傳統(tǒng)院落轉(zhuǎn)化為現(xiàn)代城市環(huán)境下現(xiàn)代建筑中的院落空間的經(jīng)驗(yàn),不難發(fā)現(xiàn)垂直院落的概念應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。院落空間由原來的水平維度轉(zhuǎn)化為垂直維度,開始探討不同密度下,院落最恰當(dāng)?shù)囊?guī)模、高度和組合方式。本文在對東西方傳統(tǒng)院落的發(fā)展及其當(dāng)代變體應(yīng)用進(jìn)行梳理總結(jié)后,通過80余項(xiàng)符合垂直院落核心屬性的案例進(jìn)行拆分解析。在第三章著重從垂直院落系統(tǒng)的總體特征、與外部環(huán)境的關(guān)聯(lián)性及其系統(tǒng)內(nèi)單元關(guān)系進(jìn)行逐一層面的解析。繼而在第四章中,對垂直院落的生成方式進(jìn)行研究,從院落系統(tǒng)主動生成、建筑形體操作、元素建構(gòu)方面為切入點(diǎn)展開研究。第五章則首先對院落空間主體建構(gòu)進(jìn)行總結(jié),進(jìn)而通過兩個(gè)重點(diǎn)案例的評析對前文的現(xiàn)象分析和方法研究做總結(jié),最后對垂直院落的特征類型及發(fā)展趨勢做出展望。本文希望通過對優(yōu)秀垂直院落案例的解析及研究,總結(jié)出其在城市環(huán)境下應(yīng)用過程中的一些手法和策略,以期作為方法和實(shí)踐產(chǎn)生積極的借鑒指導(dǎo)作用。
[Abstract]:Courtyard space is an ancient and typical spatial organization model, which has been widely used in modern architecture after thousands of years of evolution. In contemporary China, many local practices have introduced courtyard space as the side of the local cultural resources, but its creative limitations are also exposed. The high-density environment of modern urbanization and the expanding courtyard space of traditional level seem to present contradictory relations, but the experience of the western and other regions in transforming the traditional courtyard into the courtyard space in the modern urban environment appears to be contradictory. It is not difficult to find the concept of vertical courtyard came into being. From the original horizontal dimension to the vertical dimension, the courtyard space began to explore the most appropriate scale, height and combination of the yard under different densities. After combing and summing up the development of the traditional courtyard of the East and the West and the application of its contemporary variants, this paper analyzes more than 80 cases which accord with the core attributes of the vertical courtyard. In the third chapter, the general characteristics of the vertical courtyard system, the relationship with the external environment and the unit relationship within the system are analyzed one by one. Then in the fourth chapter, the generation of vertical courtyard is studied, from the point of view of active generation of courtyard system, operation of architectural form and element construction. The fifth chapter first summarizes the construction of the main body of the courtyard space, then through the analysis of two key cases to summarize the phenomenon analysis and method research, finally makes a prospect on the characteristic types and the development trend of the vertical courtyard. This paper hopes to sum up some tactics and strategies in the process of application in urban environment through the analysis and study of excellent vertical courtyard cases in order to produce positive reference and guidance as methods and practices.
