【摘要】：大型公共建筑通常用地面積較大,并且因其功能需求而被廣泛設(shè)計(jì)成更大空間、更大跨度。大跨度建筑物的立柱基礎(chǔ)往往會(huì)結(jié)合地質(zhì)條件、荷載設(shè)計(jì)及技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)性等多方面因素而選用不同的基礎(chǔ)類(lèi)型,按照規(guī)范要求應(yīng)進(jìn)行差異沉降核算。以中國(guó)西部國(guó)際博覽城(一期)項(xiàng)目的工程實(shí)踐為例,深入分析了同一大跨度結(jié)構(gòu)單元采用不同基礎(chǔ)型式時(shí)的差異沉降問(wèn)題,并對(duì)比分析其理論計(jì)算與實(shí)際觀測(cè)結(jié)果,為后續(xù)類(lèi)似工程提供經(jīng)驗(yàn)與參考。
[Abstract]:Large public buildings are usually larger in land area and widely designed for larger space and span due to their functional requirements. The column foundation of long-span buildings is often combined with geological conditions, load design and technical and economic factors, and different foundation types are chosen, and the differential settlement calculation should be carried out according to the requirements of the code. Taking the engineering practice of the project of West China International Expo City (Phase I) as an example, the differential settlement of the same large-span structural element with different foundation types is deeply analyzed, and the theoretical calculation and actual observation results are compared and analyzed. To provide experience and reference for the follow-up similar projects.
