【摘要】：在中國快速城市化的進(jìn)程中,大多數(shù)城市是經(jīng)由“自上而下”的方式規(guī)劃建設(shè)的。雖然這種途徑快速推動了城市的發(fā)展,但也缺失了傳統(tǒng)“自下而上”方式發(fā)展起來的城市所具有的自然空間形態(tài)、場所歸屬感、地域特色等特點。通過“自下而上”的城市設(shè)計方法,可以有效補(bǔ)充和完善既有的城市規(guī)劃設(shè)計方法,對創(chuàng)建更美好舒適的城市環(huán)境具有重要的理論和現(xiàn)實意義。本文首先對黎槎、蜆崗、華山、藏書、峪門等幾個聚落開展了實地調(diào)研,在此基礎(chǔ)上,論文通過行為觀察、生活體驗、形態(tài)分析、歸納總結(jié)的方法,深入剖析前工業(yè)社會“自下而上”聚落的形態(tài)特征、居民行為方式特點和空間使用習(xí)慣。然后,總結(jié)出傳統(tǒng)聚落具有因地制宜、因時制宜,按照人的需要構(gòu)建適配性空間的共性優(yōu)點,以及隨著時代發(fā)展而在當(dāng)前存在的困境。進(jìn)一步,對比反思現(xiàn)代城市設(shè)計存在的問題,提出“自下而上”的城市設(shè)計方法的五項原則與設(shè)計要點,最后,通過蘇州市木瀆藏書老鎮(zhèn)區(qū)規(guī)劃和建筑設(shè)計案例,論文總結(jié)了從前期研究到具體設(shè)計的“自下而上”的城市設(shè)計方法的操作過程及其設(shè)計成果。本文的研究成果為當(dāng)代城市設(shè)計提供了一種基于“自下而上”的路徑選擇,所展示的設(shè)計過程和方法為城市設(shè)計實踐提供了重要參考。
[Abstract]:In the process of rapid urbanization in China, most cities are planned and built from top to bottom. Although this approach has promoted the development of the city quickly, it also lacks the characteristics of the natural space form, the sense of place belonging, and the regional characteristics of the traditional "bottom-up" way. Through the "bottom-up" urban design method, it can effectively complement and perfect the existing urban planning and design methods, and has important theoretical and practical significance to create a better and more comfortable urban environment. This paper first carried out field investigation on several settlements such as Li Cha, clams, Huashan, Collection of Books, Yumen and so on. On this basis, the paper summarized the methods through behavior observation, life experience, morphological analysis, and summary. This paper deeply analyzes the characteristics of the settlement from the bottom to the top in the pre-industrial society, the characteristics of the residents' behavior and the habit of using the space. Then, it concludes that the traditional settlements have the common advantages of adapting to local conditions, adapting to the times, and constructing suitable space according to the needs of people, as well as the difficulties existing in the present with the development of the times. Further, comparing and reflecting on the existing problems of modern urban design, the paper puts forward five principles and design points of the "bottom-up" urban design method. Finally, through the case of planning and architectural design of the old town of Mudu collection of books in Suzhou, This paper summarizes the operation process and design results of the "bottom-up" urban design method from the previous research to the specific design. The research results of this paper provide a path choice based on "bottom-up" for contemporary urban design, and the design process and methods presented in this paper provide an important reference for urban design practice.
