自激流體處理裝置阻垢機(jī)理研究

【摘要】:在水浴條件下,使用自來水及配制水,研究自激流體處理裝置的阻垢機(jī)理。自來水成垢量對比實(shí)驗(yàn)發(fā)現(xiàn),市政自來水經(jīng)自激流體處理裝置處理后,水垢的生成量小于未經(jīng)處理的水樣。配制水成垢速率實(shí)驗(yàn)表明,電導(dǎo)率隨時(shí)間的下降曲線可以分為四個(gè)階段,對照組水樣結(jié)垢主要發(fā)生在第一階段,實(shí)驗(yàn)組水樣結(jié)垢主要發(fā)生在第二階段。在60℃的水浴條件下,自激流體處理裝置的阻垢時(shí)長約為30 min。電鏡觀察表明,經(jīng)自激流體處理裝置處理的水樣形成的水垢結(jié)晶主要為文石,未經(jīng)自激流體處理裝置處理的水樣形成的水垢結(jié)晶主要為方解石。
[Abstract]:Under the condition of water bath, using tap water and preparing water, the scale inhibition mechanism of self-current treatment device was studied. It is found that the scale production of municipal tap water is smaller than that of untreated water sample after treated by self-current treatment device. The experimental results show that the decrease curve of conductivity with time can be divided into four stages: the control group mainly occurs in the first stage, the experimental group mainly occurs in the second stage.
