【摘要】：正一、自動(dòng)化對(duì)干混砂漿生產(chǎn)線設(shè)計(jì)和配置的要求1、高效上料系統(tǒng)普通硅酸鹽水泥、粉煤灰等原材料一般由大中型生產(chǎn)企業(yè)提供,且基本配備了散裝運(yùn)輸車實(shí)現(xiàn)散裝送料和打料。但干混砂漿經(jīng)常使用的一些原材料如高鋁水泥、硫鋁酸鹽水泥、石膏、白水泥、重鈣粉、熟石灰、石英粉、成品石英砂、各種粉體添加劑、顏料、纖維、輕質(zhì)骨料等基本以噸袋、50公斤、25公斤的包裝形式送料至砂漿工廠,搬運(yùn)、存儲(chǔ)、二次搬運(yùn)、上料至筒倉(cāng)成為必須進(jìn)行的
