居住區(qū)體驗(yàn)型商業(yè)街建筑設(shè)計研究

【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化模式的不斷發(fā)展,我國的城市化進(jìn)程也逐步加快,城市的商業(yè)化模式及格局也在悄然發(fā)生著改變,出現(xiàn)了多元化特征。而居住區(qū)商業(yè)的模式化正以其價值空間的巨大及發(fā)展前景的廣闊日益受到人們的關(guān)注。而于此同時隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,體驗(yàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)作為一種新的經(jīng)濟(jì)形態(tài)已悄然來臨。體驗(yàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)以消費(fèi)者為中心,是以生產(chǎn)及銷售合二為一的一種商業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)模式。它以滿足人的精神需要為前提,以滿足人的個性化及社會化需要為特征,圍繞人們的消費(fèi)環(huán)境、內(nèi)容及結(jié)構(gòu)來體驗(yàn)經(jīng)濟(jì),借以體現(xiàn)新時代下人們在價值目標(biāo)及接受產(chǎn)品方式上的變化。 本論文以居住區(qū)體驗(yàn)型商業(yè)街為本次研究的主要對象。論文通過對居住區(qū)體驗(yàn)型商業(yè)街現(xiàn)狀的分析、體驗(yàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)理論、實(shí)際商業(yè)操作過程、結(jié)合住區(qū)商業(yè)建筑設(shè)計的實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)試著針對居住區(qū)商業(yè)街設(shè)計總結(jié)出一套科學(xué)、可持續(xù)的解決方案,和大家分享。 全文共分為五個部分,第一部分為緒論,在對此論文的研究意義及背景進(jìn)行概述的同時,也對其國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀、研究概念、目標(biāo)及內(nèi)容、界定范圍及方法進(jìn)行了闡述。第二章則分析國內(nèi)外居住區(qū)體驗(yàn)型商業(yè)街的建設(shè)概況,總結(jié)出居住區(qū)體驗(yàn)型商業(yè)街的類型及發(fā)展趨勢。第三章從項目定位、設(shè)計思路、邏輯框架這三方面闡述了設(shè)計原則。第四、第五章是論文的重點(diǎn)章節(jié),第四章從體驗(yàn)的角度闡述了居住區(qū)體驗(yàn)型商業(yè)街的場地及空間流線設(shè)計。第五章結(jié)合視、聽、味、觸的體驗(yàn)感覺來論述建筑細(xì)部設(shè)計,同時還探討了智能化體驗(yàn)設(shè)計的應(yīng)用。第六章結(jié)合實(shí)際項目的設(shè)計——山東省菏澤市巨野新城商業(yè)街設(shè)計和第七章對杭州萬科良渚文化村商業(yè)街的體驗(yàn)評價問卷調(diào)查,對居住區(qū)體驗(yàn)型商業(yè)街設(shè)計做出進(jìn)—步的闡述和建議。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of economic integration mode, the urbanization process of our country is also speeding up gradually, the commercial mode and pattern of the city are changing quietly, and the pluralistic characteristics have appeared. The pattern of residential commerce is getting more and more attention because of its huge value space and broad development prospect. At the same time, with the development of economy, experience economy as a new economic form has come quietly. Experience economy is a kind of commercial economy model which combines production and sales. It is based on the premise of satisfying the spiritual needs of human beings and the characteristics of satisfying the individual and socialized needs of human beings, and experiences the economy around the consumption environment, content and structure of the people. In order to reflect the new era people in the value goals and acceptance of product changes. In this paper, the main object of this study is the residential experiential commercial street. This paper tries to sum up a set of science for the residential area commercial street design by analyzing the present situation of the residential experiential commercial street, experience economy theory, practical commercial operation process, and combining with the practical experience of residential commercial building design. Sustainable solutions are shared. This paper is divided into five parts. The first part is the introduction. While summarizing the significance and background of this paper, it also expounds the present research situation, the research concept, the goal and the content, the definition scope and the method at home and abroad. The second chapter analyzes the construction of residential experiential commercial street at home and abroad, summarizes the type and development trend of residential experiential commercial street. The third chapter expounds the design principles from three aspects: project orientation, design ideas and logical framework. Chapter four and chapter five are the key chapters of the thesis. The fourth chapter expounds the design of the site and space streamline of the residential experiential commercial street from the perspective of experience. The fifth chapter discusses architectural detail design with visual, listening, taste and touch experience, and discusses the application of intelligent experience design. The sixth chapter combines with the design of the actual project-the design of Juye New Town Commercial Street in Heze City, Shandong Province, and the questionnaire survey on the commercial street of Hangzhou Vanke Liangzhu Culture Village in Chapter 7. To the residential area experience type commercial street design to make the further-step elaboration and the suggestion.
