【摘要】：通過對比試驗研究木節(jié)對90°純剪、30°剪拉和150°剪壓3類雙剪試件齒板連接延性比的影響。試件選用北美二級SPF規(guī)格材及國產(chǎn)齒板制作,并設置有木節(jié)試件與無木節(jié)試件進行對比,有木節(jié)試件規(guī)格材連接區(qū)域含木節(jié)面積為482~2 016 mm~2。以有木節(jié)試件與對應的無木節(jié)試件延性比的比值為指標,通過正態(tài)性檢驗、方差齊性檢驗和方差分析研究木節(jié)對3類試件延性比比值的影響,并進一步分析延性比比值與木節(jié)面積的關(guān)系。結(jié)果表明:1)3類試件延性比比值的方差和均值無統(tǒng)計學上的顯著差異;2)在試驗選取的木節(jié)面積482~2 016 mm~2內(nèi),延性比比值的均值為0.993 4,變異系數(shù)為0.133 5,木節(jié)對延性比均值總體上影響很小,但延性比比值的離散性較大;3)在實際工程中,可以容許規(guī)格材連接區(qū)域內(nèi)有一定面積或一定尺寸的木節(jié)存在。對于3類剪切試件,當規(guī)格材連接區(qū)域內(nèi)木節(jié)面積小于2 016 mm~2(折算直徑51 mm)時,可以忽略木節(jié)對延性比均值的影響。
[Abstract]:The effects of the joints on the ductility ratio of tooth plate connection of 90 擄pure shear, 30 擄shear tension and 150 擄shear compression were studied through comparative tests. The specimens were made of North American secondary SPF specifications and domestic toothed plates, and compared with the non-wood joints. The connecting area of the specifications of the wood joints was 482n 2 016 mm~2.. Based on the ratio of the ductility ratio of the nodal specimen to the corresponding non-wood nodal specimen as the index, the effects of the node on the ductility ratio of the three types of specimens were studied by normal test, homogeneity test of variance and analysis of variance. Furthermore, the relationship between ductility ratio and nodal area is analyzed. The results showed that: 1) there was no significant difference in variance and mean value of ductility ratio between the three types of specimens; 2) the average ductility ratio was 0.993 4 and the coefficient of variation was 0.133 5 within 482 ~ 2016 mm~2. The average ductility ratio had little effect on the average ductility ratio, but the dispersion of the ductility ratio was larger. 3) in the practical engineering, it is possible to allow the existence of a certain area or a certain size of wood joints in the connection area of the specification material. For the three types of shear specimens, when the nodal area in the connection area of the specifications is less than 2 016 mm~2 (converted diameter 51 mm), the effect of the node on the mean ductility ratio can be neglected.
