大直徑隨鉆跟管樁套箍對(duì)樁頭質(zhì)量的影響分析

【摘要】:針對(duì)采用大直徑隨鉆跟管樁工法施工的管樁樁頭是否需要加套箍的問題進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)探討,分別從樁頭開裂彎矩、抗拉力、夾持力幾個(gè)方面進(jìn)行了綜合分析。提出了有套箍大直徑PHC管樁樁頭的正截面開裂彎矩計(jì)算公式和抗拉力計(jì)算公式,表明在大直徑隨鉆跟管樁設(shè)計(jì)制作中取消套箍是切實(shí)可行的。
[Abstract]:This paper discusses in detail whether it is necessary to add hoop to the pile head of pipe pile with large diameter while drilling and follows pipe pile construction, and makes a comprehensive analysis from several aspects such as crack moment, tensile force and clamping force of pile head. The formula of normal section cracking moment and tensile force of large diameter PHC pipe pile head with collar is put forward, which shows that it is feasible to remove the collar in the design and manufacture of large diameter pipe pile while drilling.
