民用建筑節(jié)能評(píng)估研究

【摘要】:鑒于建筑能耗在我國(guó)能源消耗總量的比重逐漸增大,建筑節(jié)能已經(jīng)成為影響社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要環(huán)節(jié)。然而由于目前建筑節(jié)能評(píng)估缺乏針對(duì)性及實(shí)用性的指導(dǎo),導(dǎo)致建設(shè)方案描述不清晰、基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)不準(zhǔn)確,能耗測(cè)算隨意性較大,節(jié)能措施十分籠統(tǒng),落地性不強(qiáng)。如何針對(duì)建筑項(xiàng)目節(jié)能評(píng)估現(xiàn)狀尋找對(duì)應(yīng)措施以提高節(jié)能評(píng)估水平是節(jié)能評(píng)估工作亟需解決的現(xiàn)實(shí)問題。本文從節(jié)能評(píng)估現(xiàn)狀出發(fā),在對(duì)建筑節(jié)能評(píng)估內(nèi)容及要點(diǎn)進(jìn)行敘述的基礎(chǔ)上,以某高校項(xiàng)目節(jié)能評(píng)估為例,研究建筑節(jié)能評(píng)估中存在的問題,最后指出節(jié)能評(píng)估中的關(guān)鍵控制點(diǎn)及應(yīng)對(duì)措施。本文的主要內(nèi)容包括:(1)針對(duì)目前建筑節(jié)能評(píng)估的現(xiàn)狀,結(jié)合國(guó)家出臺(tái)其他行業(yè)節(jié)能評(píng)估指南,對(duì)建筑節(jié)能評(píng)估的原則、方法、依據(jù)以及評(píng)估內(nèi)容及要點(diǎn)進(jìn)行詳細(xì)綜述。(2)根據(jù)建筑節(jié)能評(píng)估內(nèi)容及要點(diǎn),以某高校項(xiàng)目節(jié)能評(píng)估為例,從建設(shè)方案評(píng)估、節(jié)能措施評(píng)估、能源利用情況及能效水平評(píng)估進(jìn)行了敘述;并采用因果圖法對(duì)影響節(jié)能評(píng)估質(zhì)量的因素進(jìn)行分析,以期為改進(jìn)節(jié)能評(píng)估提供方向。(3)提出改進(jìn)建筑節(jié)能評(píng)估的對(duì)策與建議。通過分析建筑節(jié)能評(píng)估中的關(guān)鍵控制點(diǎn),從現(xiàn)場(chǎng)踏勘、基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)、節(jié)能措施、后續(xù)管理等四個(gè)方面提出改進(jìn)建議,以期提高建筑節(jié)能評(píng)估水平。論文通過結(jié)合實(shí)例對(duì)節(jié)能評(píng)估及節(jié)能評(píng)估當(dāng)中存在問題進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)性研究,從而尋求改進(jìn)對(duì)策及措施。研究成果將在一定程度上為建筑節(jié)能評(píng)估水平的提高提供幫助,同時(shí)也可為政府出臺(tái)建筑節(jié)能評(píng)估相關(guān)政策及指南提供參考。
[Abstract]:In view of the increasing proportion of building energy consumption in the total energy consumption in China, building energy saving has become an important link affecting the social and economic development. However, due to the lack of pertinence and practical guidance in the assessment of building energy conservation, the description of the construction scheme is not clear, the basic data is not accurate, the energy consumption measurement is arbitrary, the energy saving measures are very general, and the landing property is not strong. How to find corresponding measures to improve the level of energy conservation evaluation is a practical problem that needs to be solved in the work of energy conservation evaluation. Starting from the present situation of energy conservation assessment, based on the description of the contents and main points of building energy conservation assessment, taking the energy conservation evaluation of a university project as an example, this paper studies the existing problems in building energy conservation assessment. Finally, the key control points and countermeasures in energy conservation evaluation are pointed out. The main contents of this paper are as follows: (1) according to the current situation of building energy conservation evaluation, combined with the introduction of other industry energy conservation assessment guidelines, the principles and methods of building energy conservation evaluation, According to the contents and main points of energy conservation assessment of buildings, taking the energy conservation evaluation of a university project as an example, from the construction plan evaluation, energy saving measures evaluation, Energy use and energy efficiency assessment are described; The causality diagram method is used to analyze the factors that affect the quality of energy conservation evaluation in order to provide the direction for improving the energy conservation evaluation. (3) the countermeasures and suggestions for improving the energy conservation assessment of buildings are put forward. Based on the analysis of the key control points in the assessment of building energy conservation, suggestions for improvement are put forward from four aspects: site survey, basic data, energy saving measures and subsequent management, in order to improve the level of building energy conservation assessment. In this paper, the problems in energy conservation evaluation and energy conservation evaluation are systematically studied, and the countermeasures and measures are sought. The research results will help improve the assessment level of building energy conservation to a certain extent, and can also provide reference for the government to issue relevant policies and guidelines for building energy conservation assessment.
