【摘要】：歷史建筑遺產(chǎn)具有深厚的歷史文化價值,對城市和社會未來的發(fā)展具有重要的意義。對歷史建筑遺產(chǎn)的認(rèn)知,不僅包含對建筑實(shí)體本身的認(rèn)知,更是對其背后所蘊(yùn)含的深厚的歷史文化的背景內(nèi)涵的認(rèn)知。在歷史建筑遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)的過程中,關(guān)注更多的是對于歷史建筑遺產(chǎn)建筑實(shí)體的保護(hù),卻往往忽略在價值與精神層面對歷史建筑遺產(chǎn)的保護(hù)的研究。本文的主要內(nèi)容是基于微觀整體性的歷史建筑遺產(chǎn)個體的保護(hù)策略。通過對歷史建筑遺產(chǎn)整體性的要素構(gòu)成,即根植的環(huán)境背景,感知主體和建筑實(shí)體及三個要素之間的相互作用關(guān)系的剖析與闡述,并以此為理論指導(dǎo),全面的分析探索歷史建筑遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)的策略和方法。論文以巴達(dá)霍斯演藝和會議中心,柏林哈克庭院(Hackesche H?fe)歷史建筑的保護(hù)項(xiàng)目為例從整體性的角度進(jìn)行分析,為以后該領(lǐng)域的保護(hù)提供一定的借鑒意義。論文研究的整體思路是以大量相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)資料的收集閱讀,大量的實(shí)證研究和案例分析為基礎(chǔ),在整體性的視角下對歷史建筑遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)的方法和模式進(jìn)行研究,探討如何理性而全面的對歷史建筑遺產(chǎn)進(jìn)行保護(hù)。全文共分為四部分,第一部分為第一、二章,提出論文所研究的對象和內(nèi)容,并對歷史建筑遺產(chǎn)整體性的概念性內(nèi)涵進(jìn)行了闡述和分析,為論文的研究提供基礎(chǔ)支持。第二部分為第三,四章,這是論文的原理架構(gòu)和方法策略部分,也是論文的核心部分。重點(diǎn)對歷史建筑遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)中的整體性的要素構(gòu)成及要素之間的相互作用的關(guān)系進(jìn)行了深入的剖析,并以此為理論指導(dǎo),對保護(hù)的原則,策略和模式進(jìn)行分析。第三部分為第五章,主要從整體性的角度對西班牙巴達(dá)霍斯演藝和會議中心保護(hù)項(xiàng)目和柏林哈克庭院(Hackesche H?fe)歷史建筑為案例進(jìn)行剖析。第四部分為第六章,在前文理論與實(shí)例研究的基礎(chǔ)上,對全文作出總結(jié)。
[Abstract]:Historical architectural heritage has profound historical and cultural value, which is of great significance to the future development of city and society. The cognition of the historical architectural heritage includes not only the cognition of the architectural entity itself, but also the profound background connotation of the historical culture behind it. In the process of historical architectural heritage protection, more attention is paid to the protection of historical architectural heritage architectural entities, but often ignore the value and spiritual aspects of historical architectural heritage protection research. The main content of this paper is the conservation strategy of historical architectural heritage based on micro-integrity. Through the analysis and elaboration of the elements of the integrity of historical architectural heritage, that is, the environmental background of the roots, the interaction between the perceptual subject and the architectural entity and the three elements, and taking this as the theoretical guidance, Comprehensive analysis and exploration of historical heritage conservation strategies and methods. This paper takes the Batahos Performing Arts and Convention Center and the historic building protection project of Hackesche H?fe in Berlin as an example to analyze from a holistic point of view and provide some reference for the future protection of this field. The whole idea of this paper is to study the methods and models of historical heritage protection from the perspective of integrity, based on the collection and reading of a large number of relevant documents, a large number of empirical studies and case studies. This paper discusses how to protect the heritage of historical buildings rationally and comprehensively. The paper is divided into four parts. The first part is the first and second chapters. It puts forward the object and content of the thesis, and expounds and analyzes the conceptual connotation of the historical architectural heritage integrity, which provides the basic support for the research of the paper. The second part is the third and fourth chapters. This paper focuses on the analysis of the composition of the integral elements and the interaction between the elements in the protection of historical architectural heritage, and takes this as a theoretical guide to analyze the principles, strategies and modes of protection. The third part is the fifth chapter, mainly from the perspective of the integrity of the Spanish Badajos Performing Arts and Convention Center protection project and Berlin Hark courtyard (Hackesche H?fe) as a case study. The fourth part is the sixth chapter, on the basis of the previous theory and case study, the full text is summarized.
