武漢市醫(yī)療建筑空調(diào)系統(tǒng)能耗專項(xiàng)審計(jì)研究

【摘要】:常規(guī)建筑能源審計(jì)主要關(guān)注的是建筑全年總能耗數(shù)據(jù)的收集,通常是分析能源賬單,從總體上了解建筑的用能情況,對(duì)總能耗進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)單評(píng)價(jià)。目前絕大多數(shù)的建筑沒(méi)有分項(xiàng)計(jì)量,無(wú)法通過(guò)常規(guī)的能源審計(jì)了解空調(diào)系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行及能效情況,不能滿足空調(diào)系統(tǒng)節(jié)能改造的需求。本文結(jié)合武漢市以節(jié)能改造為目的的醫(yī)院建筑能源審計(jì)項(xiàng)目對(duì)醫(yī)療建筑空調(diào)系統(tǒng)能耗專項(xiàng)審計(jì)進(jìn)行以下幾方面的研究:在能耗調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)基礎(chǔ)上,通過(guò)與國(guó)內(nèi)不同地區(qū)醫(yī)院建筑能耗對(duì)比,分析武漢市部分醫(yī)院的用能現(xiàn)狀;對(duì)醫(yī)院主要建筑概況及空調(diào)系統(tǒng)概況進(jìn)行整理與分析,并結(jié)合能耗數(shù)據(jù),分析其能耗特征及能源消耗構(gòu)成。從空調(diào)系統(tǒng)能耗專項(xiàng)審計(jì)的能耗拆分角度,以武漢市某典型醫(yī)院建筑為例,應(yīng)用能耗季節(jié)拆分法、當(dāng)量滿負(fù)荷運(yùn)行小時(shí)數(shù)法及能耗模擬法對(duì)該醫(yī)院的空調(diào)、采暖及生活熱水能耗進(jìn)行拆分,探討不同拆分方法在醫(yī)療建筑空調(diào)系統(tǒng)能耗專項(xiàng)審計(jì)中的適用性,提出能耗模擬法更適合能耗專項(xiàng)審計(jì)的能耗拆分。針對(duì)能耗模擬法輸入?yún)?shù)的不確定性對(duì)能耗拆分結(jié)果的影響,在典型醫(yī)院能耗模型上采用單因素與正交試驗(yàn)定量分別分析能耗模型中各不確定參數(shù)對(duì)能耗拆分的影響,確定影響能耗拆分結(jié)果的主要輸入?yún)?shù)。參考不確定性分析結(jié)果,確定空調(diào)系統(tǒng)能耗專項(xiàng)審計(jì)測(cè)試的方向與重點(diǎn)。分析典型醫(yī)院直燃機(jī)組及鍋爐的測(cè)試數(shù)據(jù),對(duì)能耗模型進(jìn)行參數(shù)修正,探討空調(diào)機(jī)組重點(diǎn)測(cè)試與分析的意義。
[Abstract]:The general energy audit of buildings is mainly concerned with the collection of annual energy consumption data, usually the analysis of energy bills, the overall understanding of the energy use of buildings, and a simple evaluation of the total energy consumption. At present, most buildings do not have itemized metering, can not understand the operation and energy efficiency of air conditioning system through conventional energy audit, and can not meet the need of energy saving transformation of air conditioning system. Combined with the energy audit project of hospital building in Wuhan, this paper studies the energy consumption audit of air conditioning system of medical buildings in the following aspects: on the basis of energy consumption survey data, By comparing the energy consumption of hospitals in different regions of China, this paper analyzes the present situation of energy consumption in some hospitals in Wuhan. The general situation of hospital building and air conditioning system is analyzed and the characteristics of energy consumption and the composition of energy consumption are analyzed based on the data of energy consumption. Taking a typical hospital building in Wuhan as an example, the energy consumption split method, equivalent full load running hours method and energy consumption simulation method are applied to air conditioning in a typical hospital building in Wuhan from the angle of energy consumption split by special audit of air conditioning system energy consumption. The energy consumption of heating and domestic hot water is split, and the applicability of different separation methods in the special audit of energy consumption of air conditioning system in medical buildings is discussed, and the energy consumption simulation method is proposed to be more suitable for the separation of energy consumption in special audit of energy consumption. In view of the effect of uncertainty of input parameters of energy consumption simulation method on the results of energy separation, single factor and orthogonal test were used to quantitatively analyze the effects of uncertain parameters on energy separation in typical hospital energy consumption models. The main input parameters that affect the result of energy splitting are determined. Referring to the uncertainty analysis results, the direction and key points of the special audit test of air conditioning system energy consumption are determined. This paper analyzes the test data of typical hospital direct-fired units and boilers, modifies the energy consumption model, and discusses the significance of key test and analysis of air-conditioning units.
