【摘要】：當(dāng)前,很多高層辦公建筑的設(shè)計為了追求經(jīng)濟(jì)性和功能性,往往采用功能緊湊的平面布局方式,以獲得更多的工作空間,大樓的內(nèi)部也多使用封閉式全空調(diào)空間,導(dǎo)致室內(nèi)通風(fēng)差、缺乏綠色植物等問題。高層辦公樓的使用者,多為腦力勞動者,在高節(jié)奏的城市生活環(huán)境下,每天在高層辦公樓中的工作時間至少在8個小時,這些人不是伏案于工作報告,就是面對電腦屏幕,長期在這類大樓內(nèi)辦公,人們易感到疲勞,常有頭疼、過敏、眼澀、喉痛等癥狀,而且會使人們產(chǎn)生封閉、緊張、壓抑、疲勞等情緒,這種現(xiàn)象被人們稱為“大樓綜合癥”。在高層辦公建筑設(shè)計中運(yùn)用庭院空間,可以將自然的環(huán)境要素引入到高空中的工作空間,作為使用者休息、社交、觀賞、娛樂等活動的場所,改善室內(nèi)的通風(fēng)條件和采光質(zhì)量,使得在高層辦公建筑中工作的人們可以獲得親近自然的空間體驗(yàn),結(jié)合一些生態(tài)技術(shù)手段,還能減少能耗,調(diào)節(jié)高層辦公樓的室內(nèi)環(huán)境。高層辦公建筑發(fā)展至今,對于人性化需求的表達(dá)和對建筑空間的體驗(yàn)已成為人們關(guān)注的重點(diǎn),庭院空間的引入勢必對高層辦公建筑內(nèi)部的建筑空間產(chǎn)生巨大的優(yōu)化作用。展開庭院空間在高層辦公建筑中的運(yùn)用研究,一方面,可以提高高層辦公建筑內(nèi)部庭院空間設(shè)計的人性化程度,改善使用者的使用體驗(yàn),使得庭院空間可以更好的發(fā)揮作用;另一方面,研究庭院空間在高層辦公建筑中的運(yùn)用可以更好的利用其節(jié)約能源的特性,降低高層辦公建筑的能耗,響應(yīng)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的時代主題。
[Abstract]:At present, in order to pursue economy and functionality, many high-rise office buildings often use a compact plane layout to obtain more workspace, and the interior of the building also uses closed air conditioning space. Lead to poor indoor ventilation, lack of green plants and other problems. The users of high-rise office buildings, mostly mental workers, work at least eight hours a day in high-rise office buildings in a high-paced urban environment. These people are either stuck in a job report or face a computer screen. Working in this kind of building for a long time, people tend to feel tired, often have headache, allergy, eye acerbity, sore throat and other symptoms, and will make people produce closed, nervous, depressed, tired and other emotions, this phenomenon is called "building syndrome". The use of courtyard space in the design of high-rise office buildings can introduce natural environmental elements into the working space in the upper air, serve as a place for users to rest, socialize, watch and entertain, and improve indoor ventilation conditions and lighting quality. So that people working in high-rise office buildings can get close to the natural space experience, combined with some ecological technology means, but also can reduce energy consumption, adjust the indoor environment of high-rise office buildings. Since the development of high-rise office building, the expression of humanized demand and the experience of building space have become the focus of people's attention. The introduction of courtyard space is bound to have a huge optimization effect on the building space of high-rise office building. On the one hand, it can improve the humanization degree of the interior courtyard space design of the high-rise office building, improve the user's use experience, and make the courtyard space play a better role. On the other hand, studying the application of courtyard space in high-rise office buildings can make better use of its energy saving characteristics, reduce the energy consumption of high-rise office buildings, and respond to the theme of sustainable development.
