【摘要】：在城市化進(jìn)程中,鄉(xiāng)村因?yàn)閾碛信c城市不同的自然人文原生態(tài)性資源,成為富有吸引力的“旅游資源”,為鄉(xiāng)村的發(fā)展提供了新的時(shí)代機(jī)遇。但在鄉(xiāng)村旅游興起的同時(shí),鄉(xiāng)土建筑也面臨嚴(yán)峻的生存挑戰(zhàn),適應(yīng)性改造為鄉(xiāng)土建筑的繼承保護(hù)提供了新的可能。 本文以筆者在廣西潿洲島“七月”青年旅舍鄉(xiāng)土建筑改造實(shí)踐為契機(jī),總結(jié)梳理改造過(guò)程中的復(fù)雜問(wèn)題及內(nèi)在的辯證關(guān)系,以窺見(jiàn)鄉(xiāng)土建筑適應(yīng)性改造的本質(zhì)價(jià)值所在。同時(shí)以點(diǎn)帶面,概述潿洲島作為國(guó)內(nèi)新興的旅游地,在鄉(xiāng)村旅游發(fā)展與鄉(xiāng)村原生態(tài)性繼承間的問(wèn)題。再由個(gè)例到普遍現(xiàn)象,探討在鄉(xiāng)村度假酒店為基點(diǎn)下國(guó)內(nèi)城市與鄉(xiāng)村發(fā)展新的結(jié)合度。由此形成本文“城市與鄉(xiāng)村——鄉(xiāng)村旅游與鄉(xiāng)村原生態(tài)性——鄉(xiāng)土建筑繼承與適應(yīng)性改造”的研究脈絡(luò),既是對(duì)實(shí)踐項(xiàng)目的總結(jié),也是對(duì)實(shí)踐背后的社會(huì)問(wèn)題的探討。
[Abstract]:In the process of urbanization, the countryside has the natural person original ecological resources which are different from the city, so it becomes an attractive "tourist resource", which provides a new opportunity for the development of the countryside. However, with the rise of rural tourism, local buildings also face severe challenges of survival. Adaptive transformation provides a new possibility for the inheritance and protection of local buildings. Based on the author's practice in "July" of "July" in Weizhou Island, Guangxi, this paper summarizes the complex problems and internal dialectical relations in the process of renovation, in order to see the essential value of the adaptive transformation of local architecture. At the same time, Weizhou Island, as a new tourist destination in China, is introduced in this paper, and the problems between the development of rural tourism and the inheritance of rural primitive ecology are summarized. From the case to the general phenomenon, this paper discusses the new degree of integration between the urban and rural development under the basic point of rural resort hotels. This paper forms the research context of "Urban and Countryside-Rural Tourism and Rural Ecology-inheritance and adaptation of Local Architecture", which is not only a summary of practical projects, but also a discussion of the social problems behind practice.
