溫和地區(qū)民用建筑低能耗節(jié)能優(yōu)化方案研究

【摘要】:隨著全球經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展,一次性能源越來越少,全球能源形勢日趨緊張。在所有的能耗類別中,我國建筑能耗占總能耗約30%,并隨著城鎮(zhèn)化水平的提高和建筑總面積的增加逐年增長,節(jié)約建筑能耗成為一項重要的工作。云南省大部分地區(qū)屬于溫和地區(qū),由于其獨特的氣候特點與地域特色,該地區(qū)的建筑節(jié)能工作遠遠落后于我國的其他氣候分區(qū),尤其是低能耗建筑的研究還處于起步階段,本課題就是在此情況下進行研究的。本文通過對收集的資料進行分析得出云南省不同類型民用建筑的用能現(xiàn)狀特點,并從溫和地區(qū)氣候特征出發(fā),利用斯維爾節(jié)能設(shè)計軟件模擬計算,從采暖空調(diào)、照明、動力、熱水四個方向分析各類型建筑的用能特點,得出溫和地區(qū)低能耗建筑設(shè)計中,通過提高圍護結(jié)構(gòu)的保溫性能對建筑的節(jié)能率的影響有限,照明、動力、熱水部分的節(jié)能工作才是重點。并分別從采暖空調(diào)、照明、動力、熱水四個方面出發(fā),結(jié)合昆明某商務(wù)辦公樓工程與某商住樓兩個實例,對溫和地區(qū)非采暖空調(diào)建筑節(jié)能技術(shù)的應用進行探索分析,分別得出采用不同節(jié)能技術(shù)時對建筑的節(jié)能貢獻率,最終得出適合溫和地區(qū)的低能耗技術(shù)方案策略,即要達到低能耗建筑設(shè)計中基礎(chǔ)項節(jié)能率大于等于70%的目標,外圍護結(jié)構(gòu)在滿足《云南省民用建筑節(jié)能設(shè)計標準》的情況下,充分發(fā)揮溫和地區(qū)太陽能資源豐富的優(yōu)勢,積極利用熱泵技術(shù)、太陽能熱水、太陽能光伏發(fā)電技術(shù),在建筑中實現(xiàn)太陽能建筑一體化設(shè)計,此外在采用高光效燈具的基礎(chǔ)上充分利用天然采光技術(shù),如導光孔等,來降低照明系統(tǒng)的能耗,同時,也要注重在建筑(尤其是高層建筑)的動力系統(tǒng)中采用高效電動機、變頻節(jié)能等技術(shù)等。
[Abstract]:With the development of the global economy, one-off energy is becoming less and less, and the global energy situation is becoming increasingly tense. Among all kinds of energy consumption, building energy consumption in our country accounts for about 30% of the total energy consumption, and with the increase of urbanization level and the increase of total building area, saving building energy consumption becomes an important work. Most areas of Yunnan Province belong to moderate regions. Due to their unique climatic and regional characteristics, the energy saving work of buildings in this area lags far behind other climatic zones in China, especially the study of low energy consumption buildings is still in its infancy. This subject is carried out under this circumstance. Based on the analysis of the data collected in this paper, the characteristics of energy use of different types of civil buildings in Yunnan Province are obtained. Based on the climate characteristics of moderate regions, the simulation calculation of energy saving design software is made by using the software of Swee Energy Saving, and from the aspects of heating and air conditioning, lighting, power, and so on, Four directions of hot water analysis of the characteristics of energy use of various types of buildings, it is concluded that in the design of low energy consumption buildings in mild areas, the thermal insulation performance of the envelope structure has a limited impact on the energy saving rate of the building, lighting and power, The hot water part of the energy conservation work is the focus. And from four aspects of heating and air conditioning, lighting, power and hot water, combined with two examples of a commercial office building in Kunming and a commercial and residential building, the application of energy-saving technology in non-heating air conditioning buildings in mild areas is explored and analyzed. The contribution rate of energy saving to buildings with different energy saving technologies is obtained respectively. Finally, the strategy of low energy consumption technology suitable for mild areas is obtained, that is, to achieve the goal that the energy saving rate of foundation items in the design of low energy consumption buildings is more than 70%. On the condition that the outer enclosure structure meets the energy conservation design standards of the civil buildings in Yunnan Province, it can give full play to the abundant advantages of solar energy resources in moderate areas, and actively utilize heat pump technology, solar hot water and solar photovoltaic power generation technology. In order to reduce the energy consumption of the lighting system, the integrated design of solar energy building is realized in the building. In addition, the natural lighting technology, such as light guide hole, is fully utilized on the basis of using high light efficiency lamps. Attention should also be paid to the use of efficient motor, frequency conversion and energy saving technology in the power system of buildings (especially tall buildings).
