【摘要】：在城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)的浪潮中,歷史地區(qū)作為城市文化保存最完整、最豐富的地區(qū),面臨著物質(zhì)環(huán)境保護(hù)與現(xiàn)代功能拓展的雙重壓力�，F(xiàn)行的規(guī)劃研究更多強(qiáng)調(diào)對(duì)于歷史地區(qū)遺存物質(zhì)實(shí)體的保護(hù),并未解決其實(shí)際的功能發(fā)展問(wèn)題。歷史地區(qū)面臨發(fā)展停滯、功能衰退和活力減弱的困境。本文通過(guò)對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外歷史地區(qū)保護(hù)相關(guān)理論與實(shí)踐的研究,指出歷史地區(qū)可以視為由物質(zhì)、功能和人三者構(gòu)成的有機(jī)體。三者間緊密關(guān)聯(lián),共同構(gòu)成了歷史地區(qū)活力的基礎(chǔ)。在理論研究的基礎(chǔ)上,明確各要素的作用以及要素間的關(guān)系,歸納出基于空間活力的歷史地區(qū)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,并將之運(yùn)用到山塘街、夫子廟和拱宸橋西三個(gè)歷史地區(qū)的調(diào)研評(píng)估中。通過(guò)數(shù)據(jù)分析方法,得到與人氣這一活力表征關(guān)系最密切的指標(biāo)要素為物質(zhì)要素的代表性和完整性,功能要素的影響度和識(shí)別度,并據(jù)此提出了歷史地區(qū)保護(hù)與發(fā)展的相關(guān)策略。論文最后以窯灣歷史文化街區(qū)保護(hù)規(guī)劃為實(shí)踐案例,在充分認(rèn)識(shí)窯灣發(fā)展所需面對(duì)的問(wèn)題的前提下,嘗試通過(guò)“顯性”與“潛性”相關(guān)聯(lián)、“物質(zhì)實(shí)體”與“系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)”相對(duì)應(yīng)的文化要素綜合分析,充分挖掘地區(qū)歷史文化特色,以此作為窯灣統(tǒng)籌發(fā)展的重要基礎(chǔ)。從提升活力的角度,運(yùn)用前文歸納的保護(hù)發(fā)展策略,從格局恢復(fù)、功能強(qiáng)化、交通發(fā)展、文化傳承等方面提出具體規(guī)劃措施。經(jīng)實(shí)證檢驗(yàn),這些措施對(duì)促進(jìn)窯灣地區(qū)的發(fā)展,提升地區(qū)的活力起到了非常積極的作用。
[Abstract]:In the tide of urbanization construction, historical areas, as the most complete and abundant areas of urban culture, are faced with the double pressure of material environment protection and modern function expansion. The present planning research emphasizes more on the protection of the material entity in the historical area, but does not solve the problem of its actual function development. Historical areas face the dilemma of stagnant development, declining function and weakened vitality. This paper points out that the historical region can be regarded as an organism composed of matter, function and human through the research on the theory and practice of the protection of historical areas at home and abroad. The three are closely related to each other and form the basis of the vitality of the historical region. On the basis of theoretical research, this paper clarifies the function of each element and the relationship between the elements, sums up the evaluation index system of historical area based on spatial vitality, and applies it to Shantang Street. Fuzi Temple and Gongchen Bridge West three historical areas of research and evaluation. Through the method of data analysis, it is obtained that the most closely related index elements are the representativeness and integrality of material elements, the influence degree and recognition degree of functional elements. On the basis of this, the paper puts forward the relevant strategies for the protection and development of historical areas. Finally, taking the protection planning of the historic and cultural district of Yaowan as a practical case, on the premise of fully understanding the problems that need to be faced by the development of Yaowan, this paper attempts to link "dominance" with "potentiality". The comprehensive analysis of the cultural elements corresponding to "material entity" and "system structure" can fully excavate the historical and cultural characteristics of the region and take this as the important basis for the overall development of the kiln bay. From the angle of enhancing vitality, using the protection and development strategy summarized above, this paper puts forward the concrete planning measures from the aspects of pattern recovery, function enhancement, traffic development, cultural inheritance and so on. Through empirical test, these measures play a very positive role in promoting the development of Yaowan area and promoting the vitality of the area.
