【摘要】：古城是記錄人類文明演進的活化石,保護古城具有重大的歷史文化意義。然而在現(xiàn)代城市發(fā)展需求和新的城市空間形態(tài)的影響下,古城逐漸成為城市發(fā)展的瓶頸環(huán)節(jié),古城的傳統(tǒng)空間形態(tài)和格局風(fēng)貌已經(jīng)難以承載新的功能。古城必須在被賦予新職能的前提下才能兼顧保護與發(fā)展,而文化旅游則是古城保護性更新的最佳途徑。韓城古城是第二批被國務(wù)院批準確立的國家歷史文化名城,也是全國范圍內(nèi)少數(shù)幾個保存比較完整的古城之一。雖然韓城擁有豐富的文化旅游資源并且占據(jù)著陜西省東大門的絕佳地理位置,其所面臨的問題也是眾多中小城鎮(zhèn)普遍面臨的問題——城市缺乏特殊性,在區(qū)域中失去競爭力。韓城在近20年的發(fā)展過程中逐漸形成了工業(yè)為主文化為輔的現(xiàn)象,古城由于“新舊分離”的規(guī)劃理念而被拋棄于中心城區(qū)之外,古城也由于功能的缺失而日漸衰敗。那么如何在保護古城的前提下發(fā)展文化旅游,以及如何在發(fā)展文化旅游的背景下完成城市更新就成了韓城古城價值提升的關(guān)鍵問題。筆者實習(xí)期間有幸在屈培青教授的帶領(lǐng)下,參與到了《韓城古城修建性改造保護規(guī)劃》的編制過程中,并結(jié)合設(shè)計團隊的古城保護規(guī)劃課題展開研究。本文以韓城古城的保護規(guī)劃為研究對象。首先,對文化旅游和古城保護性更新的概念以及相關(guān)政策進行研究,并對國內(nèi)外的文化旅游發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和歷史文化名城保護手段進行綜合評述,作為本文的理論基礎(chǔ)。其次,對韓城古城的歷史文化、格局變遷、建筑風(fēng)貌、區(qū)域地位、產(chǎn)業(yè)構(gòu)成、社會背景進行綜合評述,并對韓城古城的文化旅游市場競爭、資源利用、客源需求進行歸納整理,以及對古城的規(guī)劃歷程、城市結(jié)構(gòu)、商業(yè)環(huán)境、公共空間形態(tài)、建筑單元現(xiàn)狀進行踏勘研究,提出韓城在省域競爭和文化旅游開發(fā)市場中所迫切面臨的具體問題。而后,對與韓城有相似處境的城市進行對比研究,探尋適用于韓城的協(xié)調(diào)區(qū)域關(guān)系、發(fā)掘城市自身特殊性以及建筑保護延續(xù)的有效途徑。并且通過實地踏勘和項目調(diào)研,深入分析閬中、平遙、鎮(zhèn)遠、成都、蘇州的文化旅游產(chǎn)品成功案例,從區(qū)域、城市、建筑三個層面進行研究,在現(xiàn)有條件下發(fā)掘韓城古城核心競爭力和相應(yīng)的保護策略。最終,通過前期對韓城古城的文化資源整合和競爭力分析,結(jié)合對國內(nèi)成功案例的分析與研究,根據(jù)韓城的具體情況因地制宜,提出韓城古城文化旅游產(chǎn)品開發(fā)和保護規(guī)劃目標定位以及實施策略,并以此為基礎(chǔ)引導(dǎo)古城保護性更新的方案設(shè)計,提出韓城古城的功能分區(qū)策略、分期更新策略、公共空間重塑策略和建筑單元更新等具體實施方案。文章的三、四、五、六章為核心章節(jié),是針對韓城古城的文化旅游發(fā)展定位及其方式的探索,以及在此基礎(chǔ)上的古城保護性更新策略和實施方案的分析。最終完成筆者對文化旅游背景下的韓城古城保護性更新規(guī)劃策略研究,探索韓城古城的保護性更新設(shè)計手法和實施策略。
[Abstract]:The ancient city is a living fossil that records the evolution of human civilization, and it is of great historical and cultural significance to protect the ancient city. However, under the influence of the development demand of the modern city and the new urban space form, the ancient city gradually becomes the bottleneck of the development of the city, and the traditional space form and the pattern style of the ancient city have been difficult to carry on the new function. The ancient city must take into account the protection and development on the premise of being given a new function, and the cultural tourism is the best way to protect the ancient city. The ancient city of Hancheng is the second batch of national historical and cultural cities approved by the State Council. It is also one of the few ancient cities in the whole country. Although the city has rich cultural tourism resources and occupies an excellent geographical location of the east gate of Shaanxi Province, the problems faced by the city are also the common problems in many small and medium-sized cities and towns. The city lacks the special characteristics and has lost its competitiveness in the region.
