【摘要】：古城是記錄人類文明演進(jìn)的活化石,保護(hù)古城具有重大的歷史文化意義。然而在現(xiàn)代城市發(fā)展需求和新的城市空間形態(tài)的影響下,古城逐漸成為城市發(fā)展的瓶頸環(huán)節(jié),古城的傳統(tǒng)空間形態(tài)和格局風(fēng)貌已經(jīng)難以承載新的功能。古城必須在被賦予新職能的前提下才能兼顧保護(hù)與發(fā)展,而文化旅游則是古城保護(hù)性更新的最佳途徑。韓城古城是第二批被國(guó)務(wù)院批準(zhǔn)確立的國(guó)家歷史文化名城,也是全國(guó)范圍內(nèi)少數(shù)幾個(gè)保存比較完整的古城之一。雖然韓城擁有豐富的文化旅游資源并且占據(jù)著陜西省東大門(mén)的絕佳地理位置,其所面臨的問(wèn)題也是眾多中小城鎮(zhèn)普遍面臨的問(wèn)題——城市缺乏特殊性,在區(qū)域中失去競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。韓城在近20年的發(fā)展過(guò)程中逐漸形成了工業(yè)為主文化為輔的現(xiàn)象,古城由于“新舊分離”的規(guī)劃理念而被拋棄于中心城區(qū)之外,古城也由于功能的缺失而日漸衰敗。那么如何在保護(hù)古城的前提下發(fā)展文化旅游,以及如何在發(fā)展文化旅游的背景下完成城市更新就成了韓城古城價(jià)值提升的關(guān)鍵問(wèn)題。筆者實(shí)習(xí)期間有幸在屈培青教授的帶領(lǐng)下,參與到了《韓城古城修建性改造保護(hù)規(guī)劃》的編制過(guò)程中,并結(jié)合設(shè)計(jì)團(tuán)隊(duì)的古城保護(hù)規(guī)劃課題展開(kāi)研究。本文以韓城古城的保護(hù)規(guī)劃為研究對(duì)象。首先,對(duì)文化旅游和古城保護(hù)性更新的概念以及相關(guān)政策進(jìn)行研究,并對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外的文化旅游發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和歷史文化名城保護(hù)手段進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)述,作為本文的理論基礎(chǔ)。其次,對(duì)韓城古城的歷史文化、格局變遷、建筑風(fēng)貌、區(qū)域地位、產(chǎn)業(yè)構(gòu)成、社會(huì)背景進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)述,并對(duì)韓城古城的文化旅游市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)、資源利用、客源需求進(jìn)行歸納整理,以及對(duì)古城的規(guī)劃歷程、城市結(jié)構(gòu)、商業(yè)環(huán)境、公共空間形態(tài)、建筑單元現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行踏勘研究,提出韓城在省域競(jìng)爭(zhēng)和文化旅游開(kāi)發(fā)市場(chǎng)中所迫切面臨的具體問(wèn)題。而后,對(duì)與韓城有相似處境的城市進(jìn)行對(duì)比研究,探尋適用于韓城的協(xié)調(diào)區(qū)域關(guān)系、發(fā)掘城市自身特殊性以及建筑保護(hù)延續(xù)的有效途徑。并且通過(guò)實(shí)地踏勘和項(xiàng)目調(diào)研,深入分析閬中、平遙、鎮(zhèn)遠(yuǎn)、成都、蘇州的文化旅游產(chǎn)品成功案例,從區(qū)域、城市、建筑三個(gè)層面進(jìn)行研究,在現(xiàn)有條件下發(fā)掘韓城古城核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力和相應(yīng)的保護(hù)策略。最終,通過(guò)前期對(duì)韓城古城的文化資源整合和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力分析,結(jié)合對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)成功案例的分析與研究,根據(jù)韓城的具體情況因地制宜,提出韓城古城文化旅游產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)和保護(hù)規(guī)劃目標(biāo)定位以及實(shí)施策略,并以此為基礎(chǔ)引導(dǎo)古城保護(hù)性更新的方案設(shè)計(jì),提出韓城古城的功能分區(qū)策略、分期更新策略、公共空間重塑策略和建筑單元更新等具體實(shí)施方案。文章的三、四、五、六章為核心章節(jié),是針對(duì)韓城古城的文化旅游發(fā)展定位及其方式的探索,以及在此基礎(chǔ)上的古城保護(hù)性更新策略和實(shí)施方案的分析。最終完成筆者對(duì)文化旅游背景下的韓城古城保護(hù)性更新規(guī)劃策略研究,探索韓城古城的保護(hù)性更新設(shè)計(jì)手法和實(shí)施策略。

However, under the influence of the development demand of the modern city and the new urban space form, the ancient city gradually becomes the bottleneck of the development of the city, and the traditional space form and the pattern style of the ancient city have been difficult to carry on the new function.
