【摘要】：隨著酒店度假業(yè)的迅速發(fā)展,人們生活水平不斷攀升,大眾對酒店的休閑功能提出了異于傳統(tǒng)的需求。由此,“野奢”酒店概念應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。其建筑空間要素的構(gòu)成和建立呈現(xiàn)多元化和多樣化發(fā)展,功能形式推陳出新,以滿足人們不斷變化的體驗(yàn)需求。本文立足于休閑視角下的野奢型度假酒店發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,以其建構(gòu)模式為切入,在歸納其基本類型的基礎(chǔ)上,契合野奢酒店的構(gòu)成要素深入分析其在空間與功能上的特征表達(dá),提出野奢休閑目標(biāo)的創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)模式和相應(yīng)策略,以期使野奢型休閑酒店成為新世紀(jì)度假方式的新寵。根據(jù)課題研究內(nèi)容,本文共分為六個(gè)章節(jié)：第一章為緒論,闡述研究背景、選題目的及意義、國內(nèi)外發(fā)展?fàn)顩r等,明確研究對象與范圍,提出研究方法及框架體系；第二章是本文基礎(chǔ)章節(jié),在深入解析野奢型休閑酒店概念的基礎(chǔ)上,對其模式進(jìn)行初步考究,對野奢酒店的始源與發(fā)展進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)梳理,并探討野奢型休閑酒店的基本類型；第三章是本文較重要章節(jié),從自然、人文、功能三方面結(jié)合具體實(shí)例,深入分析野奢酒店的構(gòu)成要素,并探討在相應(yīng)類型酒店中的設(shè)計(jì)要點(diǎn)；第四章是本文重要章節(jié),首先闡述了野奢酒店在開發(fā)過程中需遵循的三大原則,并結(jié)合國內(nèi)外典型實(shí)例提出了相應(yīng)野奢主題的設(shè)計(jì)策略,深入挖掘其休閑功能的表現(xiàn)潛力；第五章是本研究實(shí)證部分,通過西藏墨脫賓館工程實(shí)踐,詳細(xì)探討了相應(yīng)設(shè)計(jì)策略在具體工程項(xiàng)目中的運(yùn)用,批判性地思考了在同類項(xiàng)目中尚待解決的問題；第六章在前文論述的基礎(chǔ)上,總結(jié)了野奢酒店創(chuàng)新發(fā)展的意義,以及對未來的展望。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the hotel vacation industry, people's living standard is rising constantly, and the popular demand for the leisure function of the hotel is different from the traditional one. As a result, the concept of "wild luxury" hotel emerged as the times require. The composition and establishment of the architectural space elements present diversification and diversification, and the functional forms are innovative to meet the ever-changing experience needs of people. Based on the present situation of the development of wild luxury resorts from the view of leisure, this paper takes its construction model as a starting point, and on the basis of summarizing its basic types, analyzes the spatial and functional features of the hotel. This paper puts forward the innovative design mode and corresponding strategies of the objective of wild luxury and leisure, in order to make the wild luxury Leisure Inn Hotel a new favorite of holiday mode in the new century. According to the content of the research, this paper is divided into six chapters: the first chapter is the introduction, expounding the research background, the purpose and significance of the topic, the development situation at home and abroad, making clear the research object and scope, putting forward the research method and frame system; The second chapter is the basic chapter of this paper, on the basis of deep analysis of the concept of wild luxury Leisure Inn Hotel, its mode is preliminarily studied, the origin and development of wild luxury hotel are systematically combed, and the basic types of wild luxury Leisure Inn Hotel are discussed. The third chapter is the more important chapter of this paper, from the natural, human, functional three aspects combined with concrete examples, in-depth analysis of the elements of the hotel, and explore the design points in the corresponding type of hotel; The fourth chapter is an important chapter of this paper. First, it expounds the three principles to be followed in the process of development, and puts forward the corresponding design strategy of the theme of wild luxury in combination with typical examples at home and abroad, so as to excavate the performance potential of its leisure function. The fifth chapter is the empirical part of this study, through the project practice of Moutou Hotel in Tibet, the application of the corresponding design strategy in the specific project is discussed in detail, and the problems that remain to be solved in the similar projects are critically considered. The sixth chapter summarizes the significance of the innovation and development of the luxury hotel on the basis of the previous discussion, as well as the prospects for the future.
