【摘要】：預(yù)制超大剪力墻由于自重和尺寸較大,在初期混凝土強(qiáng)度不是很高的情況下脫模起吊,容易使墻板產(chǎn)生裂縫或發(fā)生危險(xiǎn),因此保證墻板的完整性和吊裝的安全性是極其重要的事情,必須進(jìn)行吊裝內(nèi)力分析,運(yùn)用力學(xué)計(jì)算方法合理確定起吊吊點(diǎn)位置,以減少初期起吊對(duì)墻板的損害。
[Abstract]:Because of the large weight and size of prefabricated super-large shear wall, when the initial strength of concrete is not very high, the wall board is easy to be cracked or dangerous. Therefore, it is very important to ensure the integrity of the wall board and the safety of the hoisting. It is necessary to analyze the internal force of the lifting and use the mechanical calculation method to determine the location of the lifting point reasonably, so as to reduce the damage caused by the initial lifting to the wall board.
