用冷卻塔對通信機(jī)房進(jìn)行供冷的研究

【摘要】:隨著能源形勢的日益嚴(yán)峻,節(jié)能降耗已刻不容緩。由于建筑能耗在總能耗中所占的比例增長迅速,降低建筑能耗、節(jié)約我國有限資源是我們研究的主要目標(biāo)。機(jī)房設(shè)備散熱量大,一旦供冷系統(tǒng)停止工作,機(jī)房環(huán)境就不能滿足要求,所以需要空調(diào)系統(tǒng)不間斷運(yùn)行,供冷能耗巨大。本文在前人對冷卻塔供冷研究的基礎(chǔ)上,對冷卻塔干、濕工況供冷的計(jì)算方法進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的介紹。運(yùn)用eQUEST軟件對天津某電信機(jī)房的室內(nèi)負(fù)荷和供冷系統(tǒng)的能耗進(jìn)行全年逐時(shí)的模擬。發(fā)現(xiàn)圍護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)所產(chǎn)生的負(fù)荷對總負(fù)荷影響很小,但對總負(fù)荷的影響是雙向的,當(dāng)室外溫度達(dá)到一定條件時(shí)會(huì)對減小總負(fù)荷起到積極的作用,設(shè)備負(fù)荷為機(jī)房空調(diào)的主要負(fù)荷。在原有設(shè)備的基礎(chǔ)上只增加板式換熱器后,冷卻塔在室外條件達(dá)到一定要求時(shí)即可代替制冷機(jī)對機(jī)房進(jìn)行供冷。根據(jù)室內(nèi)冷負(fù)荷計(jì)算出確切的干、濕工況供冷的切換溫度,并通過設(shè)備的功率和使用時(shí)間來計(jì)算出冷卻塔對機(jī)房供冷時(shí)的能耗和與冷機(jī)供冷相比的節(jié)能量,節(jié)能量為2462616(kW·h)。將不同的運(yùn)行方案進(jìn)行比較后得出節(jié)能效果較好的一個(gè),然后將其推廣到其它4個(gè)氣候區(qū)。通過對冷卻塔供冷時(shí)間的統(tǒng)計(jì)和供冷系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行能耗的分析,確定冷卻塔對機(jī)房供冷方案在各個(gè)氣候區(qū)的適用性。此外由于設(shè)計(jì)的供回水溫度為7℃供/12℃回,該溫度可滿足大多數(shù)情況的供冷要求,說明冷卻塔在冷季對其它建筑供冷時(shí)同樣具有很大的節(jié)能效益。
[Abstract]:With the increasingly severe energy situation, energy saving and consumption reduction has become urgent. As the proportion of building energy consumption in the total energy consumption is increasing rapidly, the main goal of our research is to reduce the building energy consumption and save the limited resources of our country. Once the cooling system stops, the environment of the engine room can not meet the requirements, so it needs the air conditioning system to run continuously, and the cooling energy consumption is huge. On the basis of previous researches on cooling tower, the calculation method of cooling tower under dry and wet conditions is introduced in detail in this paper. The indoor load and cooling system energy consumption of a telecom room in Tianjin are simulated by eQUEST software. It is found that the load generated by the enclosure structure has little effect on the total load, but the influence on the total load is two-way. When the outdoor temperature reaches a certain condition, it will play a positive role in reducing the total load, and the equipment load is the main load of the air-conditioning in the engine room. After the plate heat exchanger is added only to the original equipment, the cooling tower can be used instead of the refrigerator to cool the machine room when the outdoor conditions reach a certain requirement. According to the indoor cooling load, the switching temperature of cooling under dry and wet working conditions is calculated, and the energy consumption of cooling tower in cooling room and the energy saving compared with cooling machine are calculated through the power and time of the equipment. Energy saving is 2462616 (kW h). After comparing the different operation schemes, the one with better energy saving effect is obtained, and then it is extended to the other four climatic regions. Through statistics of cooling time of cooling tower and analysis of energy consumption of cooling system, the applicability of cooling tower to cooling scheme of engine room is determined.
