南京市KTV娛樂休閑場所空間布局特征研究

【摘要】:城市商業(yè)區(qū)位布局研究是城市布局規(guī)劃的一項(xiàng)重要內(nèi)容,是保障和促進(jìn)城市社會經(jīng)濟(jì)健康、快速發(fā)展的重要基礎(chǔ)。娛樂休閑行業(yè)在城市商業(yè)市場扮演了重要的角色,在商業(yè)區(qū)位空間中占有重要地位。KTV作為城市娛樂休閑服務(wù)業(yè)的典型代表,具有廣泛的消費(fèi)群眾基礎(chǔ)和廣闊的市場前景,是社會經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要推動力。但目前KTV行業(yè)市場存在規(guī)模大卻不均衡等問題,缺乏空間布局研究和規(guī)劃,不利于城市空間的高效利用和娛樂休閑經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展。通過GIS空間數(shù)據(jù)分析技術(shù),分析城市KTV娛樂休閑場所的空間分布模式及空間關(guān)聯(lián)特征,不僅能夠從宏觀上了解KTV場所的空間布局模式和特征,把握其選址布局規(guī)律,客觀定量的解釋相關(guān)城市要素與KTV分布的關(guān)聯(lián)特征及原因,還能從側(cè)面了解娛樂休閑產(chǎn)業(yè)乃至服務(wù)業(yè)在研究區(qū)內(nèi)的發(fā)展水平。本文的研究工作是以南京市KTV娛樂休閑產(chǎn)業(yè)為例,通過空間統(tǒng)計、點(diǎn)模式分析及網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析等GIS空間數(shù)據(jù)分析方法,探索KTV娛樂休閑場所在研究區(qū)內(nèi)的空間布局規(guī)律,并揭示了其與人口、道路網(wǎng)絡(luò)和商業(yè)中心等要素的空間相關(guān)性及影響機(jī)制。文章主要從以下兩個方面開展研究:(1)對研究區(qū)內(nèi)KTV娛樂休閑服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展及空間布局特征進(jìn)行整體描述和系統(tǒng)分析。具體包括:通過空間統(tǒng)計方法從總量、密度等指標(biāo)進(jìn)行分析,并結(jié)合GIS可視化制圖方法,定量、直觀的開展KTV網(wǎng)點(diǎn)發(fā)展及區(qū)域差異特征的研究;結(jié)合道路網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間特征,以緩沖區(qū)統(tǒng)計分析、網(wǎng)絡(luò)核密度估計等方法,開展基于道路網(wǎng)絡(luò)的KTV網(wǎng)點(diǎn)布局特性及熱點(diǎn)路段布局分析;通過K函數(shù)、NNH聚類和G*指數(shù)等點(diǎn)模式分析方法,系統(tǒng)的探究了南京市KTV網(wǎng)點(diǎn)的布局模式和集聚特征,從空間集聚模式特征與結(jié)構(gòu)以及熱點(diǎn)空間分布特征等方面進(jìn)行了全面深入的分析。(2)從商業(yè)布局選址的角度出發(fā),選取城市人口、交通和商業(yè)中心等城市要素,分別開展與KTV空間布局的關(guān)聯(lián)性研究。其中,在人口要素方面,結(jié)合人口的數(shù)量、地理分布等特征條件,構(gòu)建網(wǎng)點(diǎn)與人口耦合度模型分析網(wǎng)點(diǎn)與人口分布的空間耦合關(guān)系。進(jìn)而通過人口與KTV密度的空間相關(guān)性分析,深入了解兩者空間相關(guān)性的位置格局及其區(qū)位屬性特征。在道路要素方面,分別從道路密度和道路中心性兩個方面開展了道路網(wǎng)絡(luò)與KTV布局的相關(guān)性研究。以各行政街道計算道路網(wǎng)絡(luò)的加權(quán)密度,并與相同尺度的KTV密度進(jìn)行分布格局對比及空間相關(guān)性指標(biāo)計算,結(jié)果表明了道路與KTV分布的相關(guān)性特征。計算分析了道路網(wǎng)絡(luò)鄰近度、中間性和直達(dá)性三個道路網(wǎng)絡(luò)多中心性評價指標(biāo),并通過核密度估計方法完成各個中心性指標(biāo)及KTV分布的空間插值與柵格化,以此為基礎(chǔ)實(shí)現(xiàn)了 KTV網(wǎng)點(diǎn)布局與道路網(wǎng)絡(luò)中心性的關(guān)聯(lián)分析。在商業(yè)中心要素方面,考慮商業(yè)中心對商業(yè)消費(fèi)市場引力和認(rèn)知的影響,通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)V圖劃分不同等級商業(yè)中心市場域。在此基礎(chǔ)上統(tǒng)計分析KTV網(wǎng)點(diǎn)布局與商業(yè)中心市場域的匹配程度,并綜合商業(yè)中心影響力、規(guī)模及功能定位等因素,對其關(guān)聯(lián)性特征進(jìn)行分析和解釋。綜上所述,本文主要研究了南京市KTV娛樂休閑場所的空間布局特征及其與城市要素的空間關(guān)聯(lián)性和影響機(jī)制。在商業(yè)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)地理數(shù)據(jù)的基礎(chǔ)上,輔以路網(wǎng)、商業(yè)中心等城市空間要素,較為全面系統(tǒng)地對商業(yè)區(qū)位研究內(nèi)容與方法進(jìn)行了有益嘗試。通過GIS空間分析技術(shù)和專題圖表達(dá)等方法,貫徹了定性與定量、數(shù)據(jù)與圖形相結(jié)合的研究思路,使分析與表達(dá)更加直觀與形象,也為相關(guān)商業(yè)空間布局的研究提供參考,具有一定的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:The study of the layout of the urban commercial area is an important part of the urban layout planning, which is an important basis for guaranteeing and promoting the healthy and rapid development of the urban social economy. The entertainment and leisure industry plays an important role in the commercial market of the city, and plays an important role in the space of the business district. As a typical representative of the urban entertainment and leisure service industry, KTV has a broad base of consumption and a wide market prospect, which is an important driving force for social and economic development. But at present, there are some problems such as large scale and unbalanced in the market of the KTV industry, and the lack of space layout research and planning is not conducive to the efficient utilization of urban space and the rapid development of the entertainment and leisure economy. Through the GIS spatial data analysis technology, the spatial distribution pattern and the spatial correlation characteristic of the city KTV entertainment and leisure place can be analyzed, Objective and quantitatively explain the related characteristics and reasons of the distribution of the relevant city elements and the KTV, and can also know the development level of the entertainment and leisure industry and the service industry in the research area from the side. The research work of this paper is to explore the spatial layout of the KTV entertainment and leisure place in the research area by using the spatial data analysis method of the KTV entertainment and leisure industry in Nanjing, and to explore the spatial layout of the KTV entertainment and leisure place in the research area, and to reveal its relationship with the population, Spatial correlation and impact mechanism of factors such as road network and commercial center. The article mainly studies the development of KTV entertainment and leisure service in the research area and the characteristics of space layout. The method comprises the following steps of: carrying out analysis on the indexes of the total amount and the density through the space statistical method, and combining the GIS visual mapping method to quantitatively and intuitively carry out the research on the development of the KTV network and the characteristics of the regional difference; and combining the characteristics of the road network space to carry out statistical analysis of the buffer area, In this paper, based on the method of network core density estimation, the layout characteristics of KTV network and the layout analysis of hot spot are carried out. The layout pattern and the gathering feature of the KTV network in Nanjing are analyzed through the methods of K function, NNH poly and G * index. In this paper, a comprehensive and in-depth analysis is carried out from the characteristics and structure of the spatial agglomeration mode and the characteristics of the hot spot space. (2) From the point of the location of the commercial layout, select the urban elements such as urban population, traffic and commercial center, and carry out the correlation study with the spatial layout of the KTV. In this paper, the spatial coupling relation between the network points and the population distribution is constructed based on the characteristics of the population, the number of the population, the geographical distribution and the like. Furthermore, through the spatial correlation analysis of the population and the KTV density, the location pattern of the spatial correlation and its location attribute are well understood. In terms of road elements, the correlation between the road network and the KTV layout is carried out from two aspects of road density and road center. The weighted density of the road network is calculated by each administrative street, and the distribution pattern comparison and the spatial correlation index calculation are carried out with the KTV density of the same scale, and the correlation between the road and the KTV distribution is shown. The multi-center evaluation index of the three road networks is calculated and analyzed, and the spatial interpolation and rasterization of each central index and the KTV distribution are completed by the kernel density estimation method. Based on this, the correlation analysis of the layout of KTV network and the center of road network is realized. in that aspect of the commercial center, the influence of the commercial center on the attraction and cognition of the commercial consume market is taken into account, and the market domain of the commercial center is divided by the network V graph. On this basis, the matching degree of the layout of the KTV network and the market of the commercial center is analyzed, and the influence, scale and function orientation of the commercial center are analyzed and explained. To sum up, this paper mainly studies the spatial layout characteristics of the KTV entertainment and leisure place in Nanjing and its spatial correlation and influence mechanism with the urban elements. On the basis of the geographical data of the commercial site, the urban space elements such as the road network and the commercial center are supplemented, and the research contents and methods of the commercial area are systematically studied in a more comprehensive and systematic way. Through the method of GIS space analysis and the expression of thematic map, the research thinking of the combination of the qualitative and quantitative, the data and the graph is carried out, which makes the analysis and expression more intuitive and image, and also provides reference for the research of the relevant commercial space layout, which has certain reference significance.
