“型”、“類”、“期”視角下的城市形態(tài)分析方法研究

【摘要】：當(dāng)前我國正處于快速城鎮(zhèn)化時期,規(guī)劃和建設(shè)活動異�；钴S,這不僅造成了城市規(guī)模的迅速擴張,也導(dǎo)致了城市結(jié)構(gòu)的不斷調(diào)整。由于缺乏對城市形態(tài)的系統(tǒng)梳理和歸納,許多城市盲目發(fā)展,既不遵循形態(tài)演進的歷史規(guī)律,又不符合形態(tài)發(fā)展的正確導(dǎo)向,無法為市民創(chuàng)造健康、高效、便捷的人居環(huán)境。在此情況下,從城市設(shè)計角度借助類型學(xué)對既往形態(tài)進行研究,有助于準確把握城市形態(tài)的成因、結(jié)果和過程,對改善和提升空間設(shè)計水平具有重要意義。本文從城市形態(tài)分析的相關(guān)變量入手,在先前研究的基礎(chǔ)上,初步構(gòu)建了以“型”、“類”、“期”為二級研究變量的時空架構(gòu)。然后分別就“型”、“類”、“期”進行深入討論,整理其下屬的多個類型系統(tǒng),并提出相關(guān)案例舉例說明。最后以蚌埠作為研究對象,運用前文所述的分析方法,對蚌埠的城市形態(tài)進行剖析,從而得到有針對性的設(shè)計策略。
[Abstract]:At present, China is in the period of rapid urbanization, planning and construction activities are extremely active, which not only caused the rapid expansion of urban scale, but also led to the continuous adjustment of urban structure. Due to the lack of systematic combing and induction of urban form, many cities develop blindly, neither follow the historical law of the evolution of form, nor accord with the correct direction of the development of form, and can not create a healthy, efficient and convenient living environment for citizens. In this case, the study of past forms from the perspective of urban design by typology is helpful to accurately grasp the causes, results and processes of urban forms, and it is of great significance to improve and enhance the level of spatial design. This paper starts with the related variables in the analysis of urban morphology, on the basis of previous studies, preliminarily constructs a spatio-temporal framework with "type", "class" and "period" as the second-order variables. Then it discusses the "type", "class" and "period" respectively, arranges its subordinate multiple types of systems, and puts forward some examples to illustrate the related cases. Finally, taking Bengbu as the research object, using the analysis method mentioned above, the paper analyzes the urban form of Bengbu, and obtains the targeted design strategy.
