開山石厚填土濱海場地樁基設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:青島萬達(dá)東方影都酒店群位于青島西海岸人工填海區(qū),場地為近期采用厚度約11~16m的開山石改造回填后場地,局部有約16m厚淤泥包露出地面,下伏基巖為連續(xù)、穩(wěn)定的沉積巖。針對新填場地固結(jié)沉降大,會對樁基產(chǎn)生較大的負(fù)摩阻力的特點(diǎn),按建筑功能分區(qū)域采用不同夯擊能進(jìn)行地基處理;針對開山石及厚淤泥包場區(qū)成孔困難、易塌孔等特點(diǎn),采用沖孔灌注樁,并采取可靠施工措施,采用后注漿技術(shù)提高承載力;在樁內(nèi)鋼筋上埋設(shè)鋼筋應(yīng)變計(jì)用于檢驗(yàn)樁的承載力,保證樁基安全;對樁基的抗腐蝕做了專題研究;針對后期使用過程中場地沉降導(dǎo)致管線及道路的破壞,采取了有效處理措施。
[Abstract]:The Wanda Dongfang Yingdu Hotel Group of Qingdao is located in the artificial reclamation area of the west coast of Qingdao. The site is a backfill site after the recent retrofitting with a thickness of 11 ~ 16m thick kesite. There are about 16m thick silt bags exposed to the ground and a continuous and stable sedimentary rock in the lower voluminous rock. In view of the characteristics that the consolidation settlement of the new filling site is large and the pile foundation will produce greater negative frictional resistance, different ramming energy is adopted to treat the foundation according to the building function. In view of the characteristics of difficult hole formation and easy collapse in the open rock and thick silt filling area, the punched cast-in-place pile was adopted, and reliable construction measures were adopted to improve the bearing capacity by post-grouting technology. In order to ensure the safety of pile foundation, the strain gauge of steel bar embedded on the pile is used to test the bearing capacity of pile, and the corrosion resistance of pile foundation is studied. Aiming at the damage of pipeline and road caused by site settlement in the later period of use, effective treatment measures are taken.
