【摘要】：成都?xì)v史文化名鎮(zhèn)有著悠久的歷史,是我國(guó)寶貴的歷史文化遺產(chǎn)資源。但高速的城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)與文化的全球化發(fā)展使成都?xì)v史文化名鎮(zhèn)的文態(tài)環(huán)境受到了強(qiáng)烈的沖擊,城鎮(zhèn)面貌逐漸變得千篇一律,喪失了自身獨(dú)特的地域文化特征,也使人們失去了精神寄托。因此,對(duì)成都?xì)v史文化名鎮(zhèn)的文態(tài)空間實(shí)行有效的保護(hù)是當(dāng)下刻不容緩的任務(wù)。此外,成都?xì)v史文化名鎮(zhèn)文態(tài)空間是在成都地區(qū)獨(dú)特的自然地理環(huán)境與地域文化環(huán)境中形成與發(fā)展的,具有一定的典型性和不可復(fù)制性,因此也具有極高的研究?jī)r(jià)值。本文以成都?xì)v史文化名鎮(zhèn)文態(tài)空間為研究對(duì)象,從地域文化的角度出發(fā),借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外歷史文化遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)的先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn),結(jié)合成都地區(qū)獨(dú)特的現(xiàn)實(shí)環(huán)境,通過(guò)大量的文獻(xiàn)收集與實(shí)地調(diào)查,綜合運(yùn)用規(guī)劃學(xué)、建筑學(xué)、地理學(xué)、社會(huì)學(xué)及人類學(xué)等多學(xué)科知識(shí),總結(jié)出適用于成都?xì)v史文化名鎮(zhèn)文態(tài)空間保護(hù)與更新的策略與措施,并通過(guò)實(shí)例進(jìn)行論證。論文首先梳理了成都?xì)v史文化名鎮(zhèn)文態(tài)空間的現(xiàn)狀情況和構(gòu)成特征,分析了其生存與發(fā)展的自然、社會(huì)、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化語(yǔ)境,對(duì)保護(hù)的意義和歷史進(jìn)程進(jìn)行了闡述,并概括出目前面臨的矛盾與危機(jī)。隨后,從城鎮(zhèn)形態(tài)結(jié)構(gòu)、街巷空間、節(jié)點(diǎn)空間、民居院落空間四個(gè)方面進(jìn)行分析,歸納出成都?xì)v史文化名鎮(zhèn)文態(tài)空間的形態(tài)結(jié)構(gòu)、功能意義以及與人們生活的真實(shí)聯(lián)系,并針對(duì)性地指出具體存在的問(wèn)題。最后,基于上述研究成果,提出保護(hù)與更新的策略與措施,策略即采取動(dòng)態(tài)保護(hù)與有機(jī)更新的方式、堅(jiān)持以科學(xué)的規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)為先導(dǎo)、把握保護(hù)的重要切入點(diǎn)、建立社會(huì)各階層共同參與的協(xié)作機(jī)制、擴(kuò)展保護(hù)資金的來(lái)源渠道,措施主要從保護(hù)城鎮(zhèn)的整體格局與形態(tài)、延續(xù)歷史街巷空間、構(gòu)建文態(tài)空間節(jié)點(diǎn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)、保護(hù)傳統(tǒng)建筑形式四個(gè)要點(diǎn)進(jìn)行具體闡述,并通過(guò)案例分析加以論證。歷史文化遺產(chǎn)的保護(hù)與更新是一項(xiàng)龐雜而長(zhǎng)期的工作,只有全社會(huì)高度重視并積極參與進(jìn)來(lái),才能有效保障歷史文化名鎮(zhèn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Chengdu historical and cultural town has a long history, is our country's precious historical and cultural heritage resources. However, with the rapid urbanization and the globalization of culture, the literary environment of Chengdu's historic and cultural towns has been strongly impacted, and the features of the towns have gradually become uniform, and they have lost their own unique regional and cultural characteristics. Also make people lose spiritual sustenance. Therefore, it is an urgent task to protect the cultural space of Chengdu historical and cultural towns. In addition, the space of literary state of famous historical and cultural towns in Chengdu is formed and developed in the unique natural geographical environment and regional cultural environment of Chengdu area, which has certain typicality and can not be duplicated, so it also has very high research value. This paper takes the cultural space of the famous historical and cultural towns in Chengdu as the research object, from the angle of regional culture, draws lessons from the advanced experience of protecting the historical and cultural heritage at home and abroad, and combines the unique realistic environment of Chengdu area. Based on a large amount of literature collection and field investigation, the strategies and measures applicable to the preservation and renewal of cultural space in Chengdu's famous historical and cultural towns are summarized through the comprehensive application of the multidisciplinary knowledge of planning, architecture, geography, sociology and anthropology, etc. And through an example to demonstrate. The paper first combs the present situation and the constitution characteristic of the Chengdu historical culture famous town's text state space, analyzes its existence and development's natural, social, economic, cultural context, has carried on the elaboration to the protection significance and the historical process. And generalize the contradiction and crisis that face at present. Then, from four aspects of urban structure, street space, node space and residential courtyard space, the paper summarizes the form structure, function significance and real relationship with people's life of Chengdu historical and cultural town. And pointed out the specific problems. Finally, based on the above research results, the strategies and measures of protection and renewal are put forward. The strategy is to adopt the way of dynamic protection and organic renewal, to insist on scientific planning and design as the forerunner, and to grasp the important breakthrough point of protection. To establish a cooperative mechanism in which all social strata participate together, and to expand the source channels of protection funds, the measures are mainly from the overall pattern and form of protecting towns, extending the historical street space and constructing the network of document space nodes. The four main points of protecting the traditional architectural form are elaborated and proved by case analysis. The protection and renewal of historical and cultural heritage is a complicated and long-term work. Only when the whole society attaches great importance to it and actively participates in it can the sustainable development of famous historical and cultural towns be effectively guaranteed.
