改進(jìn)型碳纖維復(fù)材筋用錨具靜載測(cè)試及黏結(jié)應(yīng)力分布

【摘要】:為研究設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)對(duì)改進(jìn)型錨具力學(xué)性能、破壞形式的影響及錨固區(qū)黏結(jié)應(yīng)力分布狀況,對(duì)11組CFRP筋改進(jìn)型錨具進(jìn)行了靜載測(cè)試。研究結(jié)果表明:錨具的破壞形式有筋材拉斷、鋼管破壞和膠體滑移,其中筋材拉斷為理想形式。可通過測(cè)試鋼管外表面應(yīng)變,計(jì)算黏結(jié)應(yīng)力得出其分布情況。在極限狀態(tài)2 mm厚鋼管,400 mm長(zhǎng),55 mm長(zhǎng)夾片的GM-9錨具黏結(jié)應(yīng)力分布與光滑曲線模型基本吻合,但有區(qū)別,所用測(cè)試方法可行;3 mm厚鋼管,400 mm長(zhǎng),分別為50,80,90 mm長(zhǎng)夾片的GM-1、GM-2、GM-3加載端黏結(jié)應(yīng)力較大,異于光滑曲線模型;光滑曲線模型適用于破壞形式為膠體滑移的試件。建議設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)為:鋼管厚3 mm、長(zhǎng)400 mm,夾片長(zhǎng)55 mm、傾角6.5°、夾持位置為中間;膠體厚2 mm;可有效錨固單根直徑為8 mm的CFRP筋,其極限承載力高達(dá)151.5 k N。
[Abstract]:In order to study the influence of design parameters on the mechanical properties, failure mode and bond stress distribution in the Anchorage zone, 11 groups of modified CFRP reinforced Anchorage were tested under static load. The results show that the failure modes of Anchorage include steel bar break, steel pipe failure and colloidal slip, among which the steel bar tensile fracture is the ideal form. The distribution of bonding stress can be obtained by measuring the strain on the outer surface of the steel pipe. The stress distribution of GM-9 Anchorage under the limit state of 2 mm thick steel pipe, 400 mm long and 55 mm long clamp is basically consistent with the smooth curve model, but there are differences between the two models, and the testing method is feasible. 3 mm thick steel pipe, 400 mm long, respectively, the GM-1,GM-2,GM-3 loading end bond stress is larger, which is different from the smooth curve model, and the smooth curve model is suitable for the specimen with the failure form of colloidal slippage. It is suggested that the design parameters are as follows: steel tube thickness 3 mm, long 400 mm, clip length 55 mm, dip angle 6.5 擄, clamping position in the middle, colloid thickness 2 mm; can effectively anchor a single CFRP bar with 8 mm diameter, its ultimate bearing capacity is up to 151.5 KN.
