主題酒店客控系統(tǒng)及其協(xié)議設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:近年來,“智慧酒店”逐漸成為熱點,智慧酒店是指通過智能化體系以及網(wǎng)絡(luò)等的協(xié)助使酒店為用戶提供信息化和個性化的服務(wù),以此提高服務(wù)質(zhì)量和顧客的體驗感。作為對智能化和個性化需求尤其強(qiáng)烈的主題酒店,向“智慧酒店”靠攏已成為一種趨勢。主題酒店需要每間客房內(nèi)的設(shè)備組合營造出特定的主題氛圍為用戶提供個性化的入住體驗,因此客房控制系統(tǒng)是主題酒店實現(xiàn)智能化必不可少的組件之一。目前市場上已經(jīng)有大量智能控制類產(chǎn)品,但缺乏能通過終端系統(tǒng)集中控制多種類型設(shè)備的系統(tǒng)。而且現(xiàn)有的應(yīng)用于智能控制系統(tǒng)的通信協(xié)議都針對性較強(qiáng)(例如KNX),只支持指定的設(shè)備類型,兼容性和擴(kuò)展性較差,這些通信協(xié)議在主題酒店對場景設(shè)計、多終端接入等特殊需求上也沒有合理的解決方案。針對這一現(xiàn)狀,本文提出了一套適用于主題酒店的客房控制系統(tǒng)及其通信協(xié)議解決方案,從多個方面分析了方案的合理性和可行性,并通過實現(xiàn)對系統(tǒng)方案進(jìn)行了驗證。具體研究內(nèi)容如下:(1)本文為主題酒店設(shè)計了智能客房控制協(xié)議(Smart Room Control Protocols,簡稱SRCP協(xié)議),采用分層設(shè)計思想,可兼容支持KNX、ZLL(ZigBee Light Link)等協(xié)議的設(shè)備,具備容錯功能,支持多用戶并發(fā)訪問,主要功能是維持客房控制系統(tǒng)與上層管理系統(tǒng)以及底層被控設(shè)備的信息交互。(2)采用動態(tài)設(shè)計方法,根據(jù)SRCP協(xié)議對場景設(shè)計的定義,使系統(tǒng)可通過移動終端進(jìn)行場景配置,并通過身份認(rèn)證功能對設(shè)計場景的用戶進(jìn)行權(quán)限區(qū)分,以此實現(xiàn)不同權(quán)限用戶所設(shè)計場景的有效時間管理。(3)采用設(shè)備虛擬化設(shè)計思想,將部分設(shè)備控制器集成到系統(tǒng)中,以此提高系統(tǒng)的設(shè)備兼容能力,實現(xiàn)設(shè)備熱插拔功能。加入虛擬資源調(diào)度機(jī)制,使系統(tǒng)資源得到合理的分配。最后以主題酒店作為測試場景,對系統(tǒng)部分功能和性能做了詳細(xì)的測試并對測試結(jié)果進(jìn)行了分析,通過測試結(jié)果對系統(tǒng)的下一步改進(jìn)作了合理的設(shè)想。測試結(jié)果表明本文的方案設(shè)計合理,系統(tǒng)性能穩(wěn)定,功能完善,通信協(xié)議安全可靠。本文設(shè)計的客房控制系統(tǒng)已在多家主題酒店穩(wěn)定運行中。
[Abstract]:In recent years, "wisdom hotel" has gradually become a hot spot. Intelligent hotel is to provide information and personalized service to users through the help of intelligent system and network, so as to improve service quality and customer experience. As a Hotel Theme with strong demand for intelligence and personalization, it has become a trend to move to "Smart Hotel". Hotel Theme requires a combination of equipment in each guest room to create a specific thematic atmosphere to provide a personalized occupancy experience for users, so the room control system is one of the essential components for the realization of intelligent Hotel Theme. At present, there are a large number of intelligent control products in the market, but there is a lack of centralized control through the terminal system of various types of equipment systems. Moreover, the existing communication protocols used in intelligent control systems are highly targeted (for example, KNX), supports only specified device types, poor compatibility and scalability. These communication protocols are designed in Hotel Theme. There are no reasonable solutions to special needs such as multi-terminal access. In view of this situation, this paper puts forward a set of room control system and its communication protocol solution for Hotel Theme, analyzes the rationality and feasibility of the scheme from many aspects, and verifies the system scheme through realization. The specific research contents are as follows: (1) this paper designs the intelligent room control protocol (Smart Room Control Protocols,) for Hotel Theme (SRCP protocol). It adopts the idea of layered design and can be compatible with the equipment supporting KNX,ZLL (ZigBee Light Link) and other protocols. It has fault-tolerant function and supports multi-user concurrent access. The main function is to maintain the information interaction between the room control system and the upper management system and the underlying controlled equipment. (2) the dynamic design method is adopted, and the definition of scene design based on SRCP protocol is adopted. The system can configure the scene through the mobile terminal, and distinguish the rights of the users of the design scene by the authentication function. In order to achieve effective time management of scenarios designed by users with different permissions. (3) part of the device controller is integrated into the system by adopting the idea of device virtualization so as to improve the device compatibility ability of the system and realize the hot-plug function of the device. Add virtual resource scheduling mechanism, so that the system resources can be allocated reasonably. Finally, taking Hotel Theme as the test scene, the function and performance of the system are tested in detail and the test results are analyzed. Through the test results, a reasonable assumption is made for the next step improvement of the system. The test results show that the scheme design is reasonable, the system performance is stable, the function is perfect, and the communication protocol is safe and reliable. The guest room control system designed in this paper has been running steadily in several Hotel Theme.
