風(fēng)和濕度環(huán)境下裂縫寬度對(duì)混凝土碳化性能影響試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:設(shè)計(jì)和加工了一個(gè)能精確控制裂縫寬度的裝置,利用此裝置采用兩次加載的方法,制備了平均裂縫寬度分別為0.1mm、0.2mm、0.3mm、0.4mm的開(kāi)裂混凝土試件。在無(wú)風(fēng)潮濕、無(wú)風(fēng)干燥、有風(fēng)干燥和有風(fēng)潮濕四種環(huán)境下進(jìn)行開(kāi)裂混凝土快速碳化試驗(yàn)研究,結(jié)果表明,無(wú)風(fēng)潮濕環(huán)境下CO2在開(kāi)裂混凝土中傳輸速率最大;有風(fēng)干燥環(huán)境下開(kāi)裂混凝土碳化較慢。裂縫寬度限制應(yīng)根據(jù)環(huán)境來(lái)選擇,潮濕環(huán)境下裂縫寬度控制應(yīng)更加嚴(yán)格;大風(fēng)干旱環(huán)境下裂縫寬度限值可以適當(dāng)放寬。
[Abstract]:A device which can accurately control the crack width is designed and manufactured. By using this device, the cracked concrete specimens with an average crack width of 0.1mm / 0.2mm / 0.3mm and 0.4mm respectively are prepared by using the method of twice loading. The rapid carbonation test of cracked concrete was carried out in four kinds of environments: no wind moisture, no air drying, no air drying and no wind moisture. The results showed that CO2 transport rate was the highest in cracked concrete under the condition of no wind and humidity. The carbonation of cracked concrete is slow under the condition of wind drying. The limit of crack width should be chosen according to the environment, the control of crack width should be more strict in humid environment, and the limit value of crack width in windy and arid environment should be relaxed appropriately.
